When’s i first heard of the comic I assumed the fact it was so on-the-nose about its subject matter meant it would be played almost like a parody or at be least self-aware. Guess not.
 
JP is also capable of having a discussion about his views with someone who doesn't share them without the whole "you're an idiot or you'd agree with me" vibe that Teddy projects. He might THINK that, but he at least keeps it to himself.

This is the Andrew Torba/gab.ai beef all over again:

  1. Promote an alternative platform to rival the mainstream version.
  2. Be Vox Day all over it.
  3. Alternate platform takes umbrage with #2 and calls him out.
  4. Vox writes screed after screed and hurls epithets and threatens legal action or sending his troll horde.
  5. Mainstream provider continues unharmed or AT LEAST not in as shit as the alternative
  6. Rinse, repeat.
Vox, the reason why no one considers you a serious contender for hearts and minds and souls is because YOU CAN'T GET OVER YOUR FUCKING SELF. Don't say that Alt-Right is leaderless then get all ass clenched when your erstwhile allies refuse to toe your line.

Who was the first one to say "carpetbagger"? I see people saying that constantly now so I assume one of the big dogs called him that and the rest all followed suit.

Eh....... possibly but then he's been doing a great job keeping the accounts separate on his board and has never slipped up once and said something as Vox in Spacebunny's style. She could actually be MORE petty and :autism: than Vox. Maybe it's an alt identity for him to let his id off the leash. I could also see if just being married to her has made him worse over the years.

That would be very pitiful. I listed it as an achievement tongue-in-cheek, because, well it's more his wife achievement than his. But I want to know more about how he talks about his children. Can you give some examples of what you mean? Right now his children should be like teenagers early twenties?

It's funny that for all his supposed intelligence he's really really bad at interacting with people, it's almost like he's not actually very smart.

It's a classic narcissistic excuse for failed relationships: "I'm so special and above everyone else that nobody can truly understand me". However, a truly smart person can adjust his message to his audience, and account for their shortcomings. It's one of the reasons why postmodernists are suspect of intellectual shallowness obfuscated with obscure metaphors. If you cannot convey your idea in simple words, maybe you have nothing to convey?

Whether it happens or not, I hope Ethan doesn't get hit with any shit being flung, now that he's taken up the mantle of being a face for Comicsgate.

Plus, with the way the Killstream has lived up to its name and ended two lolcows - Veeh and Mundane Fatt Matt - in less than a month, I secretly hope that Vox will be the next just to confirm that that livestream is indeed cursed.

Sounds like it's accurately named. I don't really see Vox going anywhere, though. He is a fuckup and a lolcow, but his "career" such as it is really doesn't depend on Internet shit. He might become a lolcow to a new audience or look marginally more like a dick, but I don't see anything really happening to him.
