Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

In all fairness, Kacey doesn't look that bad (assuming that is a real picture of her). I just figured most of that conversation was because Chris probably hoped she'd be some supermodel-looking girl knowing his ridiculously high standards that he had at the time.

The Liquid Saga ended five years ago. This photo is more recent. It's quite possible she upped her McFlurry consumption in the meantime.

I kinda like that Kacey wasn't a perfect, supermodel-esque vision of Chris's ideal loveliness. It shows that despite his incredibly high standards for women he really is willing to cave in on any of them. Whether thats out of desperation or because he was that desperate to steal Liquid's missus away is a matter of speculation.
I think his standards were really only a theoretical thing - quite apart from anything else, his inability to tell people apart renders many of his qualifications moot. I've come around to the idea that his quoted standards were in fact a symptom of his detachment from reality. A lot of guys would in theory love a girlfriend who was stunningly beautiful, wealthy, sexually adventurous and willing to let them sit on their ass all day and play vidya, but most would be realistic about it. Chris being Chris, he sees no reason why, if that's what he's hoping for, he shouldn't ask directly for that. He would certainly settle for less.
Wonder if his excessive mass debating is responsible for his hair loss?
No, the ageing process and unfortunate genetics are responsible for his hair loss. There's no mystery about it.

It's certainly possible, considering how masturbation results in DHT buildup, a byproduct of testosterone largely responsible for male hair loss.

I've masturbated daily for 16 years and still have a full head of hair. It's more likely due to enough stress to make one crash into slumber and poor diet.

He constructed a picture in his mind of an "ideal" girl. Which is something a lot of guys do. But then he not only publicly shared this, which is a little silly, but also lists them as requirements. Which might have been his poor grasp of language more than anything.

The only requirements he seems to repeat and stick to are smoke-free and non-black. I don't know how flexible those are, but the rest are entirely optional.

I'm not 100% confident that this belongs here, but I want to share the story and it seems too specific to Chris to stick in off-topic. If I'm wrong, just move the post or whatever.

Recently I've introduced my younger brother to Sonichu. We just finished watching a let's read of Issue 0, and by the end of it he was asking me, "What is with this guy?! What do you mean he's not ashamed of this Sonichu thing? He's selling medallions?! Show me a picture of him!" So I brought up google and did a quick search for Chris' ebay account ("wait a second what was that did I just see that there's a CWCki?!!"), and we looked at his medallion and photograph listings and had a good laugh, and then I decided to show my brother the autographed photo that I bought a few months ago.

I took it out from where I was hiding it, he laughed a bit and was completely bewildered by the incomprehensible quote written on it, then I took the photo frame back and said, "he actually wrote a message on the back," and proceeded to open the frame to show my brother.

My brother stood in confused silence for a moment or two as I struggled to get the shitty cheap frame open, and then suddenly it dawned on him and he started freaking out. "Oh god, oh god, oh god, please tell me he didn't, please tell me he's not that desperate oh god..." I cackled, finally got the frame open, and showed him the request for my photo ("oh my god he can't even spell 'photo' correctly...").

So this was a fun evening. I love introducing my family to the bizarre internet weirdos I know of. :heart-full:
I recently introduced my younger brother to Sonichu as well. It seems "he can't be that desperate" is a phase we all go through.

I wonder why Chris doesn't screencap the forum any more? I know he did it for the trial, and it didn't get him the result he wanted... But that's never stopped Chris from doing something before.

It also could be genetic. Cole was starting to bald pretty bad in 2000.
I'd agree that it was more likely genetic. It's easy to subscribe to the idea that it's because Chris doesn't bathe or his poor diet, but I think the genetics is more likely. Considering Cole and Chris share a chromosome, I think this gene probably came from Barb's side of the family. Bob had a full head of hair when he was about as old as Chris and photos dictate his hair started falling out at least around his 50s, while Cole was at least in his 40s when it happened to him.

iirc balding is a genetic trait inherited from the mother's side. Chances are that Barb's father went bald too. Chris and Cole were doomed to baldness from the start.
If I recall correctly the gene that causes balding is Indeed inherited from the mothers side of the family, makes sense really, Chris am Cole only have 50% of their dna in common and Bob seemed to have OK hair at the same age as Chris in his uni pic that was posted recently, Chris really lost out in the genetic lottery didn't he.

I kind of wonder what would have happened if C had been a part of Howard Stern's wack pack during the Sonichu/virgin with rage phase. It would have been a different troll act altogether, and he'd probably have been set up with some whores.

Who's "C"? Are you meaning Chris? If so, yeah, it'd of been a different troll act, but Chris would still of been Chris and he'd of still tried to hid behind his mother's skirt if Stern set him up with some hookers.

What will Chris's next persona be?

We have had Classic Chris...

...who turned into a TransgenderTomgirlLesbianSomething:

The question arises...

I think it depends what happens with his current relationship he may stay like this for the rest of his life or he could possibly go back to the way he was.

However it is Chris we are talking about so anything go's I think

One CWCism that's never gone away is his wishing people to be "safe." As in "Stay safe!" or "Have a pleasant and safe day." I've never heard of anyone using this phrase, but Chris uses it all the time.

I'm wondering why. My theory is it's something that was said frequently to speds because they have the tendency to injure themselves and others. Most people might say, "Drive safe," or, "Have a safe journey," because car wrecks and travel mishaps are common among even ordinary people, but tards probably need reminding to be safe in day-to-day activities. Lest they die this way:

It's a cwcism that is always going to be relevant. His other cwc-isms describe specific things, so if we don't have messages talking about that thing, we won't see them. But a casual and friendly sign-off at the end of a message is always going to be used regularly.

Also, I think CWCisms arise because he finds a phrase he is comfortable with to talk about something and then repeats the phrase in lieu of thinking of something else. If he doesn't think or talk about a particular topic for a while he might forget the CWCism associated with it. But that is never going to happen with Stay Safe.

Your theory about why it arose in the first place seems as good as any.

Chris just likes repeating phrases without thinking much about them because he thinks it makes him smart, wise and shit.
From his Facebook posts and many past texts I do get that vibe that he's trying to superficially sound wise, but ends up writing something that doesn't mean anything.
