That is the point. Vox Day was soundly denounced for being an obviously hyper-political opportunist with delusions of grandeur who is attempting to co-opt the movement for himself. They're "acting like SJWs" precisely to keep such people out.

Pushing back on Vox for starting shit with that whole trademark nonsense, Sure. He is all about inserting politics into comics.

Going off on Jon del Arroz, not for inserting politics, but simply for (maybe) holding political opinions that they don't like. I'm not talking about Vox* going after del Arroz. I'm talking about del Arroz being ostracized by people in the CG community for simply speaking about ethnostates.

*(Not sure about Vox in particular but ethnostate proponents generally don't advocate for the other ethnicity's to be exterminated. That's a strawman. I'm not saying their solutions are nessecarily realistic or ethical but they tend to envision various forms of 'encouragement' for people to leave the ethnostate; varying from economic incentives to repatriates to forcible ethnic cleansing. So yeah, not very pleasant perhaps, and quite possibly something bordering on extermination were it ever attempted in reality (I think current day South Africa gives us a hint about how the transition of the US into a white ethnostate might play out if it was to occur with the non-white minorities playing the part of the Boer), but extermination isn't what they set out for. Fair enough, and I did say I didn't know of Vox' position in particular.

I'm not critizising anyone for pushing back on Vox' trademark stunt. What's worrying me is how easy people slip into the same role as the SJW's who tries to smear them and throw them out of the industry, and act the same way against Jon del Arroz.

Nobody said he was "literally Hitler" or that he has no place in the industry. Nobody even out-and-out called Del Arroz a white nationalist that I can recall, although they did express that they were shocked and concerned that he was fine with ethnostates and believes in extreme race realism. Having a genuine emotional reaction to finding that out is also understandable to me, since Del Arroz is someone they like and have been friendly with. This was a similar thing that happened during GG. Guys who went around trolling either because they thought they were being funny playing a character and they think themselves some sort of super troll, or because they were mad GG wouldn't listen to them about "attack attack attack".

Then the anti-GG screencapped them to use as ammo for their articles and to share to their friends how the GG people were harassers.
