Your average dumb politician and Sargon are two different versions of stupid. The entire point of politics is to make your side win. Politicians play stupid in an attempt to get their policies into law. The reason Sargon is stupid when it comes to politics is because he doesn't realise he's a liability to any political party he wish's to represent and the white niggers rant, the kike jokes, kekistan, all that dumb shit is a time-bomb waiting to be unloaded by his political opponents and will cause real damage to the party he supposedly supports. Sargon does not have to intelligence to get through that barrage.

I don't follow this. From what Ive seen since he first started popping up around /pol/ Jims always been there to stir shit and have a laugh, he can be a massive fucking sperg like the rest of them but he has always taken on anyone and made fun of anyone unless there were reasons not to, for example the Krautcunts asking him to do a video on JF. I don't think he shys away from larger targets but gets caught up in a maelstrom of shit because he is close to streamers due to past drama. Then something else comes up. Its been like this since Gamergate, and its sped up since the Ross drama.

He has gone for some pretty big (and literally small) personalities like Charlemagne as well as some other agencies. Most recently leading to his account getting wiped on twitter.

Easy targets refers to people known to sperg the fuck out or are just fucking weirdos in general. Like the aforementioned Ross and Kraut for the former, and his entire Internet Insanity series for the latter. Maybe I should have made that clearer.
