I think it's pretty obvious Chris is talking to someone when he posted the C-197 tweets, He said he was speaking to 'a well-educated and well-read ally' or something? I think that might be a red flag.
I thought it might someone on the discord but he mentioned the C-197 stuff to them when he first joined, meaning he was speaking to this 'ally' before he joined the Discord.
Anyways don't you talk to Chris @The Captain ? He trusts you, Can't you just like ask him who's he's talking to and what are they talking about?

I helped catch Wise and Boyd, assisted Null and Marvin in combing through his social media, etc. My good deed is done.

Eh.. If it happens to that extent again my opinion will simply shift to "Chris needs to be in a home and/or Chris needs a 24/7 paid caretaker (tard wrangler)". Basically, he would need daily, continued professional assistance to stop people from taking advantage. Maybe even to have the state step in and give a professional guardianship to include financial management. "Okay Chris, we're going to Wal-Mart. I'll take care of the groceries, here's $10 to spend on toys for the week."
