If anyone wonders just why people end up not only fucking kids/animals but justifying it to themselves, there's an interview with a sex crimes detective on the Mental Illness Happy Hour podcast at http://mentalpod.com/archives/3990 . Listening to this guy totally changed my understanding of why people commit sex crimes, and that amongst professionals there is a big difference between a "paedophile" and a "rapist", even though both might rape kids.

It's well worth a listen, particularly in the context of the zoosadist thing, but tl;dl is that a paedophile is someone who has a romantic interest in children - they want relationships with children, not just sex, and convince themselves that what is happening is an act of love. They will work on one child for a long time, often a relative, and believe that child wants to be in a relationship with them. Someone like Thad McMichael is a classic paedophile in the strict sense. A rapist, by contrast, is someone who has a sexual attraction to weakness, and in particular is so insecure about their own sexual performance that they seek out victims who they believe will not judge them - children, the disabled, old people (even though of course most old people have done a thing or two in their lifetimes...) - and animals. The sadism aspect, which appears in many rapists (but not paedophiles), is again a way to prove the victim's weakness and address their own insecurities. So someone like Jimmy Savile or Ted Bundy was a rapist, not a paedophile, even though they attacked underage kids - a rapist will go for anyone they perceive as weak, and a serial rapist will have children, animals, the disabled and the old as victims.

So yeah, those of you thinking there's a link between this zoophilia shit, sadism and future serial killers are absolutely right, and if the PDs concerned hand it over to competent sex crime detectives (of which there are not many, it's not a job with many attractions), they'll realise what a threat these people are.

Anyways, to my actual thoughts on this, is there a way we can correlate this to the Kero investigation? I feel like since we've figured out Levi is an actual """person""" and not some random troll, this debunks a lot of things Kero was trying to say in his defense. It would be very odd that some Iranian hacker would instantly know of some random on the internet and would frame Kero onto him. Hell, in the Megathread, its said that Kero is wanting access back into the zoopedophilia ring, showing that hes been involved way before any of this stuff began to pop up in public.

I've been asking myself this to the point of a perma-headache for days. More and more people are being named as being into it, or related to the circle. As long as the families are not threatened or hurt, I'd proably turn a blind eye. I'd feel ever so betrayed if law enforcement shrugs their shoulders. Although this will hopefully be an unlikely occasion.
