So according to this idea from Natalie Reed, boys who transform into girls are actually something enjoyed m0stly by FTMs (because they would feel like they're the main character: transformed into a girl with no clear way back to their original state as a boy). And that this idea is a better understanding of how trans people feel than thinking "MTFs are the ones who fantasize about boy to girl transformations."
But as Jake has shown us, he doesn't have transformation fantasies and tell transformation stories in his games about women turning into men. Hell, I think he'd be shocked and appalled at the very idea. Jake's sissification fetish is forever telling him to put a bow on male characters and see if they're girly enough. He has never, so far as I can see, even touched the idea of a character who's a woman transformed into a man.
And let's be honest: neither have almost any of these trans fetishists. People don't just associate male-to-female transformation fics with trans women because they are -phobic and still think the person is a male. They associate them because huge numbers of fetishistic men are into male-to-female transformation. Read what any trans subreddit has to say about who's fantasizing about what, and you'll see that it almost 100% lines up with a "wish fulfillment" idea where someone of their birth sex transforms into someone of their preferred gender. Almost no one is talking about the opposite, where they feel strongly identified to someone who's been transformed into their birth sex.
Natalie claims this absurdity because he knows that it's a more sympathetic view when people think trans people are recognizing themselves in a character's back story than when they think trans people are dreaming of future fantasies. But even then, you see that when he addresses what's actually being viewed by MTFs, he talks about instant transformation to a beautiful girl with all the dresses. No one made trans people watch according to this paradigm, they did it to themselves.
That's before we even get into the stupidity of saying in one moment "everyone deserves wish fulfillment fantasies" and in the next breath saying "well, these can be harmful because they make you dissatisfied with your real life and options." Well, dumbfuck, that's what a wish fulfillment fantasy does. Whether you're a materialistic person watching a reality show about the super-rich and their crazy lives of excess or a trans woman watching transformation anime, wish fulfillment fantasies used to excess will make you unhappy with your life. If trans people are so delicate that they can't handle it, maybe "everyone deserves wish fulfillment fantasies" seems like an idea intended to kill.
Oh, I can even add an addendum to this.
As much as every transtrender denies this and calls it bad, damned near all of them have a massive tranny porn habit.

In fairness, I can understand why. Professionals in the tranny porn world expend a shitload of effort, to the point I'll admit I'd be fooled from a distance by some, and even up close, some have done such a great job (especially the Asian ones, with the Brazilians a close second) a casual look at most of them with clothes on won't give them away.

Now let's cover the transtrenders. They are lazy, deluded wretches who are ugly as shit in both the looks and personality department (to be fair, some were at least borderline aesthetically pleasing in the looks department before the trooning set in), and let's be blunt, they hate actual women and trannies with sanity who actually pass worth a damn.

That's because that's all they are, inside and out.
