Somebody higher said it best when they said her parents babied and enabled her behavior, thus leading her to being stuck with a teenage brain at 30 years old. I've cared for cats with conditions that required special food, the bag costs 50-65 dollars or so depending on size so it's plausible the one cat has a medical condition.
