Horizon Zero Dawn is the only thing I know her from and across both the entirety of the main game and the DLC she conveyed emotion exactly twice. Of course that entire game was generally lifeless and unpleasant, so I don't know if she's to blame or the voice director.
Lance Reddick acted circles around her at the very least.

I think she has hype to back her up. I've never been impressed with any of her voice acting.
Although, to be fair, I have found the current generation of voice actors to be garbage as none of them match Mel Blanc or even Billy West these days. I've gotten actual feels from Japanese voice actors and that shit sounds like the Devil's Tongue. Hell, even the French have better voice actors. I honestly don't know if it's just the Americans settling or if it's stagnation brought on by cronyism... either way I just don't hear what people are hearing with her.

Yeah, given the ratings on my post that seems like some good advice I'll keep.
Wasn't trying to shit on you, trying to make an argument about how what most people find redeemable in her doesn't hold up and made myself look like a tard.
Passing interest (which is completely gone now, but I have shit taste) but after spilling my speghetti trying to explain why how much of what people praise her for doesn't hold up anymore there isn't much saving face I can do there.
I think this sums up perfectly what happened with her & why people don't care to dig on her. People don't really wanna dig cause it really did all spark from a traumatic even that after reading through made sense. She has a normal 9-5 gig and doesn't sperg out as bad as her brother making her easy to ignore & just enjoy her voice acting. I still think she's over rated, but if she had no past with HAWP I would think about it at all... While I think her praise is unwarranted in the [current year] I'm looking at it the wrong way.
