What has been going on with this guy? Last I heard his wife left him and took the Wii U, he "quit" borderlands to write a rocket jump TV show for Hulu, he was still going to gamedev cons (IDF & GDC) and shilling special anti GG sketches and still doing HAWP.

I see this thread and decide to look into Burch.
- Rocket Jump ended in 2016. The YouTube for Rocket jump is still making stuff like Anime Crime division
-Anime Crime division gets 300k+ views when they do an episode. Good for low effort shit content cranked out quickly like HAWP, but for a channel that is producing high end stuff with multiple ways to split and is your only job.... not good
-Hawp is pretty much dead. Last videos were IDF & GDC sponsored content that after 6 months haven't cracked 100k
-No job back with Gearbox despite Pitchford being a faggot sperg who has been failing like crazy lately
-As far as I know most of his journo friends are all unemployed losers who eventually got shit canned
Then I check the twitter
-Hand full of virtue signalling tweets spaced FAR apart
-Most recent tweet is begging someone to hire him to write.

This was a guy who couldn't step away from twitter. Now he can barely muster a tweet and is begging for work with his only job being a kinda but not really successful show and unable to find other work or get hired to be a regular writing room fag.

Jesus dude, you are the man! This is everything I wanted to catch up on.
- Struggling to even afford the shitty obama care he championed and is getting fucked by it
- Fired from Riot, however by the looks of his insurance situation he was never an employee but rather a sub contractor.
- Stopped talking shit like he used to (most likely because he learned that his shitty behavior can cost him work and make him poison.)

The cat thing was kinda interesting too.... but the other stuff really paints where Anthony Burch is at. A guy who can't find work because he pissed off any base he had supporting him hoping his industry fwends would save him forever with limitless money. He is alone, broke, and desperate to work to the point where he no longer expresses himself.

I wouldn't say that. the show has a viral hit or 2 with over 15 million and he consistently (on episodes) pulls 300k+ however there are some major factors to keep in mind that keep this from being a win:
- This is high budget Youtube stuff, meaning his splitting between actors, special effects, dirrectors, music, etc. These people are also probably not getting equal cuts of the pie either as writers are a dime a dozen but the actors and special effect people can't be replaced. In other words, he ain't making shit.
- Its a step backwards from an exclusive Hulu show and Borderlands while trying to pretend to be a lateral move.
-The only good series he wrote was HAWP. He's done other stuff like Anthony saves the world, and it's all sucked.
-At least when he made shit quality stuff the low cost made big profit margins.

Ya know, I always wished there was more digging into his sister Ashley. She went SJW when her fiance died of a drug overdose and has remained consistently able to get voice acting work. She used to be kinda fuckable back in the day, now she's a mess.

-Off the wall humor is dead with Ash. Hell, find a recent interview where she is being funny. She has fallen to the body count of sjwism. Even the "new" commissioned HAWP sketches are hollow dead garbage shat out fast by her cuck brother.

-Voice acting stuff is not bad.... It's fucking voice acting. Read the lines, emote, do it again and again until you get the right take, let the audio engineer clean it up. She never broke into legit acting, and yes she did try via rocket jump
-The story of losing her BF is sad I guess. However I can't think of a less rational way to deal then moving to the drug filled cespool of LA and embracing the culture of degenerates. Seems hardly the logical way to deal.

On the upside, probably could still talk her into a 3way.

This is why I wish people dug into her more. I wonder if she was the main reason her BF used drugs especially when she left to LA and her brain started to rewire.

Skimming through the transcript, you can see where this changed her. Ramp up the things she is saying to the extreme and add current year fad culture and it seems like maybe this is what broke her. I guess my original thought were incorrect.
