I am not familiar with american business law and FTC regulations, but memology 101 pretty much listed his breaches against ftc guidelines in his latest video.

Nice. I kind of assumed he was C level in RR, since I guess that's his new ad agency...thank's for letting people know about that phil, btw. But still not sure how that relates to PDS or his yt channel in general. Like is PDS a separate legal entity from RR or is it a property? Does he just contract PDS with RR like any other sponsorship, or is it really the same enterprise? Those would seem to be important questions regarding disclosure of relationships and such.

From my knowledge, Rogue Rocket is also overseeing production of the Philip Defranco Show, at least according to this wikipedia quote:
On May 1, 2017, Philip DeFranco made the announcement in a YouTube video that he has regained control of all of his properties (including both of his channels) and is working towards building "The Philip DeFranco Network", of which he is the founder and CEO. DeFranco also created the production company Rogue Rocket to oversee production of his current content, along with its expansion.

So let's say the PDS is Disney Land and it is overseen by the Walt Disney Corporation, I'm sure you could sue the Walt Disney Corp if an accident occured due to negligence. - Again though, I have no real knowledge in american law and this is just mere speculation.

In other news, Colossal said on twitter, that the next baited show will again cover Philly D. So this won't go away so easily.

Tommy C is apparently having a law graduate on SFTP today to discuss the legal side of DeFranco's involvement. Not trying to shill for Tommy, I don't like him, just saying it because it could bring useful info to light.

Also, Pewds releasing a vid today on the topic, so I for one will have OBS on standby all day.

I've been lurking on this and zoosadism for a couple of weeks, surprised the BH story blew up so quickly. I'm willing to place my money on Shillip DeFraudo going full lolcow once all of the scrutiny from the MSM hits.

He also shows a clip of amberlynns video saying her therapist diagnosed her with BED. Pewds, if you're gonna lurk so hard, you should know that amberlynn is an obsessive liar and a bad example for this video.

Yes. I'm convinced Amberlynn lied about her BetterHelp counselor actually diagnosing her. Anytime she gets accused about lying over something, she will always address it if she thinks she can weasel out of it in some way. To prove someone from BetterHelp actually diagnosed her, she just would have needed to post screencaps of the messages. She did not do that, she just made a snide commenting about reporting it to BetterHelp, and then dropped the entire thing. She lied.

According to Pewd's video, (and I assume some better source), BH had 4 million users. Using that metric, and assuming everyone paid the minimum amount, wouldn't that imply that they have accrued $1 billion in revenue?
65 $/week * 4 weeks billed = 260 $ / person
260 * 4*10^6 = 1040000000 = 1.04 * 10^9 USD
