The two people who run his Twitter account are also completely different people from the one who runs his Twitch account, who is also a completely different person from the one who runs the Twitch account when there's Twitch staff in chat.

Edit: another gem from today's prestream is the reason dave doesn't like pewdiepie is he makes him look bad.
To clarify, Dave thinks pewdiepie makes DSP look bad. He has a point, pewdiepie made a joke about killing jews, dave never did that. Pewdiepie said nigger during gameplay, dave never did that. Pewdiepie acts like an idiot... well that doesn't sound like dave either. Just imagine how huge Dave's career would be right now if it weren't for people like pewdiepie... btw dave prefaced this by saying none of his animosity is based in jealousy.

What's funny is for as passionate as he is he still has absolutely no fucking clue about wrestling in any depth. This quote I just pulled off Drgnkiller's twitter is pretty rich:

To give background for people who don't know WWE history at all the Rock'n'Roll express where a huge tag team that changed the face of wrestling and are notorious even to a newfag to wrestling like me. As usual Phil doesn't know shit, just twice as funny when it's something he's passionate about.

I think it's more that he'd have the largest amount of viewers in the WWE2k19 category, as the second-highest in there is an official stream with ~200. Tervin not restreaming Dave might account for some of it, but the other day-one streams he didn't bother restreaming, weren't really that much over his average viewcount. Also, wrestling is like catnip for the autists in the Dave-sphere, finger-sniffer or true & honest fan alike.

Phil tries to be a smark, but he's so out of touch, he can't talk about current wrestling with any context short of hsi usual goldfish memory. Also he's pretty much a WWE pleb only, who whenever he talks about other promotions, just word salads his way through.

Yeah he does. Watch any of his old Smark Guys stuff he's done with Rambo (RIP) and he's the most absolute stereotype of a Smark that there is. I'm talking about "Oh he's a big guy and slow so this guy is bad" or "Oh this guy can do 1000 flips even though he looks tiny and can't cut a promo worth shit, push him to the moon." Except his thing is he watches nothing but WWE. He treats NXT like this super special boys club that only he knows about and he knows about all the top secret wrestlers that the normies don't know about.

The only thing worse than his wrestling opinions IMO are his comic book movie opinions. Though we don't get that much anymore since Kat hates Marvel so he hates Marvel too to please her.
