A lot of kiwis are artists, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were animators too. Check this thread out.

To be honest, I'm pretty slow when it comes to drawing. I can produce HQ frames like this, but it takes time and effort. Help would be appreciated in that case (backgrounds, character design, etc.)

No, just no. The problem is that a big part of kiwi farms's appeal is it's irreverent attitude towards pretty much everything. You wouldn't be able to depict that to a good degree without making it unable to be uploaded to a site like youtube.
