I remember Phil was around #50 for God of War's premiere earlier this year and would eventually move up to #40 then above #30 as the playthrough continued over the next several days.
Tonight he's in the #60-70 range (currently #62 with 299 viewers).
There's 375K ppl watching Black Ops 4 right now and to be among the top 30 streams you need minimum 1,000 viewers. Biggest streamer is Shroud (~65K viewers), followed by NICKMERCS(~38K) and Dr. Disrespect (~35K).
