I've never interacted with PK directly, though I've worked with Eevee on occasion during my staffing gig at a certain fansite (not Veekun, but there were/are cordial relations between our sites). He never struck me as being that bad, but I do kind of remember one time when he was sperging in our staff chats about how he NEEDED to get an Eevee hoodie but he couldn't find any that looked JUST right or something like that. (Though that's Eevee, not PK. Unfortunately I have nothing to share about her.)

I've noticed that a lot of the competent Pokemon fanartists tend to be at least a bit kooky, ahaha.
