The location provided is taken from the final hop / destination in the traceroute of JBTM[dot]com.
In this case, the offshore-servers[dot]com data center providing connectivity to the host behind 185.125.230.195, which in theory could reside at another off-site location (but most likely doesn't due to latency concerns).

Only in the vaguest geographical sense. In my experience those IP geolocation tools are only accurate to within 100 miles or even less accurate, and sometimes entirely apocryphal. I've run these on my own IP on occasion, and for a while, my reported location was over 150 miles away and in another state.
