He hides the money (which is a really stupid and pointless thing to do) but he has around 3,700 patrons on his Patreon. Sargon of Akkad has a similar number at around 3,500 patrons and manages to make $12,000/month.

So I would assume that he makes around $10,000-15,000/month, which is pretty insane to say the least. But even then, he probably couldn't get a job even if he wanted to. The guy has a lot of shit online about him that no future employer would want to deal with. At this point, he should probably try to expand the current business he has in case anything goes sour.

That's what I would do if I was in his position to say the least.

Yeah, managing to make $10,000/month on Patreon alone while being a high school dropout is a very impressive feat to say the least. But the reason why he was able to do so is because he changed his content and decided to restructure it entirely to a "talk show" type thing.

For some reason, talk show hosts on YouTube make a lot of money on Patreon even if not a lot of people are watching their content. David Pakman has around 500,000 subs on YouTube but doesn't make that many views, yet his Patreon makes $7,000/month. Dave Rubin has around 800,000 subs and a bad view to sub ratio, yet he has 3000 more patrons than Pakman does (he hides his money so I can't tell the exact amount but it is definitely higher than Pakman's).

I think TJ realized that his "fat guy whining about feminism on camera" shtick was not going to work anymore so he had rebrand his content to fit that talk show type formula because people love throwing money at it for some reason.

His Patreon success won't last forever. Believe it or not, a lot of his fans have wised up to TJ's e-begging in the past year. The Sotomayor lawsuit fund back in 2017 apparently pissed off a lot of them off. Further that with the continuing decline in his quality of work and just continued drama within his fanbases haven't helped either.

The people supporting his Patreon at this point are the last group of people who haven't turned on him. It'll continue for awhile, but I don't expect any significant growth from it.

I'm wondering what you're basing that on. TJ just barely started his new podcast 9 months ago and he's getting views nearly equivalent to the DP on initial release ranging in the 10k area and actually often (though not always) outperforming DP videos in the long run, despite the fact that the DP should have the advantage of a massive audience of over 130k built over several years, whereas DFF only has 30,000 subs built over 9 months.
