She has rich parents who hate... HATE! Greg, and have tried to help her in the past, so that isn't an excuse either. She could easily move in with her parents with their blessing while she sorted out her shit, and she chooses to stay with someone who is abusive by just about any standard you can think of. She's just as shit-tier as he is, and I do blame her at this point.

Like you, I used to feel sorry for her, but she has chosen to bring children (and one deliberately so) into a terrible and erratic situation and expose them to Greg and his shittiness (for example, he is someone who has gone on record as choosing not to interact with his toddler daughter because she can't talk), and she is 100% to blame for that. She also chose to have a bandaid baby during the various Billiegates, and she is responsible for that. She is also 100% responsible for bringing very young and inexperienced women into a situation that she knows very well is unstable and volatile, and exposing them to someone who also is unstable and volatile. Her behavior as depicted in the stuff Maya wrote about, and her texts backs and forth, was odious-- unkind, ungenerous, fickle and obnoxious. That's all on her. You don't continue to get a pass when you are deliberately doing stuff that endangers other people.

I mean, Greg does try go for girls with bad home lives, though Lainey's parents seem to be somewhat active in her life and want the best for her. Perhaps they weren't the greatest parents (letting her marry/be with Greg) but there's nothing to indicate that Lainey had anything other than a normal upbringing with the normal teenage "everyone's against me" angst. Sure it could've been a bit worse than that for all we know, but abusive parents don't just suddenly learn to love their children enough to beg them to come back home after an abusive relationship after years of "I told you so's" along with agreeing to take in two grand children as well. They don't seem to be divorced either.

That leads me to believe that she knows what a (at the very least, somewhat) functional relationship is, so while the grooming isn't her fault she had at least like sixteen years of supposedly decent parenting behind her before Greg snatched her up. That alone should be enough to realize something was up, but nah this is Lainey. Greg got her as a teen and she's conditioned to be in her no one cares for me phase so she probably doesn't care if she's the brunt of a few things because that validates it for her, not that she wants to be, she's just resigned to let it happen.

She’s not completely absolved of responsibility of course. I’m just saying, if any of those stories of abuse have any truth to them, that can fuck up someone’s relationships for life all the same. I guess I’m inclined to believe it since gender dysphoria can be a side effect of sexual trauma. One reason we see so many people trooning out is because it’s been encouraged by this group of transtrenders to treat the symptom and not the problem.

They didn't let her. She deliberately deceived them so she could be with him. If I recall correctly, she deliberately eloped with him when she was 18 so they couldn't interfere. I have read that they were under the impression that she was off attending college while all this was going on, so not only did they not know, she deliberately sabotaged and shitcanned her education (and wasted her parents' money) so she could be with him.

I absolutely agree with you there. I was more playing devils advocate and pointing out she is the lesser of two evils although I still find her actions repulsive. On top of that Greg has tried to break up with her several times but she doesn't allow him to. His thirst for teen puss had given her so many outs that she's refused to take, but she loves staying for the oppression points. It's another ploy to be so very small and fragile, someone that must be protected. It doesn't matter if she hurts someone else including her children as long as she gets her fix of attention and drama. To be honest she lost any sympathy I had for her when she laughed at the people who where genuinely trying to help her back during cuddlegate.

Call me a heartless bitch, but I honestly think she doesn't care much about either of her kids, so they wouldn't be really good, as blackmail material.

I mean... she vlogs and does her make up while behind the wheel and with the kids in the car, completely uncaring of the fact that she could get into an accident and kill not only herself, but the kids too. I'm not even really angry at Taylor: she was groomed at the age of 16, and since then Onion kept the enviroment around her as toxic and childish as possible so that he could have his child bride as long as her body stayed ripe and fresh. It's a normal thing, in victims of abusive relationship, to behave like they behaved while being groomed. It's normal for a 16 year old kid to not really care about children, to find them annoying and the like.

If she found the courage to run, she probably would grab some shirts, enough money to make it back to her parents, her phone and a pair of shoes. The kids would be left with the Onion Man, as they never seemed to be the priority nor something to protect, for her, and therefore are probably forgettable.

It's great that they don't expose their kids to random people on the internet but expose them to random people at their own home.

I'm sure he had every intention of dumping Lainey. He didn't have to worry about her coming after his youtube money cause he got her to sign a prenup, but I think he realized that he would still be forced to pay child support payments until Troy turned 18. And then they made their band-aid baby. Lainey's got until Claire or Cloey or whatever the fuck her kid's name is turns 18 until Greg can split.
