As someone who enjoys Metokur's vids probably more then anyone else on the site but doesn't look at him as some hero I can't fully answer the question. I'll be sad if this is real and it means Jim stops doing videos, which it doesn't seem like it will.
I think Jim is what many people wish they could be. He makes more then 4000 a month plus superchats just making fun of spergs doing shit like what you'd see on pol or /b/. This is the same thing I think you see in a lot of Youtubers to be honest.

I mean a whole ton of youtube cows with threads here are or were fans of metokur. Kop, sargon, Ralph, aydin, crp, vee, ect. Doesn't stop any of them from being exceptional, so it makes sense that he has no-one fans that fall into the same category as a lot of his famous fans.
