What Are The Worst Character Designs You Have Ever Seen?

Growing up I thought the Arby's logo was suppose to be a tongue, not a hat.
Oven mitt, but I can see your confusion regardless.

@Puar, trust me, Sundae was only the beginning. In those videos alone there were terrifying CG versions of the McDonaldLand cast.

Also, anyone ever see those 70s McDonalds commercials? Those are the worst of the lot.

And yet, having grown up on them, I thought the ones I saw before the 90's were OK. Of course it didn't help them in the 70's when Sid & Marty Krofft got on their asses over the similarities.

Wait it’s an oven mitt and not a hat?!

There used to be this Canadian cartoon called Untalkative Bunny. I know nothing about it other than the fact that it looks hideous (but, hey, that’s most Canadian cartoons in a nutshell). See for yourself:

I don't know why Pixar hiring managers thought it would be a good idea to use The Good Dinosaur as their frontline material for lectures at colleges. This was after the movie had come out and bombed, its infamy was secret to no one by this point. There was such uncomfortable, palpable and raw "I really don't care" every time the film was chirpily mentioned with oblivious regard by the staff.

The backgrounds were so well done. I mean they were beautiful, really, really gorgeous. Which was why it was so bizarre to see the characters in them. It was like seeing “Walking With Dinosaurs” done with the actual plastic toys that Rex from Toy Story was based on. They look so fake and unreal. I remember watching it in the theater, and the annoying main character stands up from the water. The water effect is amazingly realistic, running and dripping. The character itself was smooth and fake looking like a balloon.

I haven’t seen this brought up, so I’ll put forward The Good Dinosaur. The designs are horrendous, which is disheartening because the sceneries are amazingly done and it had a decent plot.

I friggin' hate this movie. It has NO right to have backgrounds that look THAT good only to be fucked up by THOSE character designs.

On another note, I'm surprised no one's mentioned Batnipples yet; usually that's pretty high on the list of stupid character designs... maybe that's because it's more of a costume design. But it's... ON a character. And other characters (see. Catwoman) have been mentioned. Ah, well.

Batnipples was weird but I wouldn't say it was absolutely terrible. It was meant as a throwback to Ancient Greek armor, which is something an intellectual like Bruce might do. According the actors the weirdest part was the bulging codpieces.
