You could make the case for Kenny due to his Princess Kenny identity and Wendy because of her character sheet in FBW.

Stan on the other hand is a cis male as told by his character sheet in the same game. While Kyle's list him as an asexual gender neutral kite person, he's actively roleplaying a character. Wendy probably isn't so it's alright to assume she could be trans.

I think that Stan in trans colors is just an episode reference. He had a big side plot in episode “Cissy” witch was about trans bathroom bills. Stan was in the episode standing for people who are genuinely confused about trans issues as he found out that his dad Randy was sort of trans and Lorde (Randy had started to pretend to be trans to gain access to female bathroom and continued to do so since he liked f bathroom over m bathroom. And yes Randy was Lorde, he made her song in bathroom and used voice modification programs).

Wendys male look here is also from the same episode. Cartman pretended to be transgirl named Erica to use girls bathroom witch the girls hated. School knew that this is Cartman not actually gender confused child but law is the law so they solved this by giving Cartman his own bathroom witch naturally Cartman demanded to be as super fancy as possible. Wendy protested this by pretending to be trans herself to use Cartman’s private trans bathroom.

Wendy tends to stand for young mostly reasonable feminists. She is an activist and talks about stuff like unreasonable expectations to young women, breast cancer and violent media. She can go too far and be preachy but is genuinely trying to be a good person and trying to make world a better place. One of better episodes about this is “Hobbit” where Wendy fights against photoshoping and well... looses. I think the polysexual gender-fluid person is about that part of character as identity politics and current college feminism are so linked. So I don’t think she actually anything but a plain boring cissy. Heck I don’t she even thinks herself as that because this is kids pretending to be cool characters and Wendy going for overcomplicated identety as a cool thing isn’t out of character.

To be fair about the Cartman picture, Eric sure seems to love dressing up including cross dressing.

I forgot that Stan had that side plot. I don't think he was questioning his gender though.

Yeah, it’s Bebe and Wendy.. The ship IS cute, I agree, but Bebe is straight AND they’re only friends.. For some reason, everytime there is female friendship, tumblr ships them.. :\
Also that drawing is pure shit. They also blackwashed Wendy for some reason.

Honestly shipping stuff by itself is simply eye roll worthy but otherwise harmless in my opinion. The real cringe comes from the ones who try to paint their shipping bullshit as being some sort of noble cause for social justice and fabricate “proof” of the characters’ LGBT status completely out of their ass, only to ducking riot and accuse writers of “queer baiting” when their favorite gay ship that was so obviously not going to happen doesn’t happen.
