That's just dumb. I've read the comic itself; his first wife was executed pretty much instantly after they landed in Hungary for their honeymoon and was not even remotely close to presenting or having a viable fetus to cut out given that Pym was only dinged up and she was dead before he woke up from the Russian Treatment. It reeks of the homeless crazy person who wrote this wanting to give a garbage excuse for why this hip new Wasp can just win at all times and is better than grampa's old Wasp.

From what I could tell, it was really an excuse so they can match up with the MCU and have the Wasp be Pym's daughter. There's some irony in it in how Peter Parker can't be married or else "it ages the character" but Pym can have a teenage daughter who is of an improbable age.

If we assume he's 40 something right now then it kinda works but is unlikely. I can see a "she was aged up" retcon in her future but the whole thing should've had an editor point this out.

Pym is one of the older guys but he's not THAT old.

OK. Here's a quick rundown on the Nadia Van Dyne/ Unstoppable Wasp thing.

Pym's first wife Maria was retconned in the West Coast Avengers as having been alive and experimented on by the government that kidnapped her, but no mention of pregnancy or a baby at the time.

Nadia's existence is a fairly recent retcon. She was raised to be a government assassin like Black Widow, but she managed to get some Pym Particles and escape. Though she tried to locate Hank, he was dead at the time, so she got in touch with Janet Van Dyne, Hank's second ex-wife and the former Wasp.

Here's where the re/tardation comes in: Nadia takes on "Van Dyne" as her legal name in Janet's honor.

So her name is now Nadia Van Dyne.

"Nadia" means hope in Hungarian.

So essentially, her name is "Hope Van Dyne".

Just like Evangeline Lilly's character in "Ant-Man and the Wasp".

Mark Waid (her creator and comics spazz extraordinaire) claims that it was a "coincidence". Sure, Jan.

It's no secret that the IDpol left has a problem with Steam refusing to kick off "racist" content, if anyone can release a game they programmed in their own basement on it, then the huge multibillion dollar publishing house they spent a lifetime worming inside of so they could gatekeep the industry is suddenly meaningless, hence them trying to paint Steam as an alt-right gamergate nazi company.

And now, they're not even safe in comics as grassroots self-publishing looks to simply bypass the mega-corps full of woke liberal arts majors who can't draw but were so looking forward to a lifetime of fame as the new generation of comic "creators", and they have suddenly been rendered just as obsolete, and they can't stand it.

Now that TLJ has been brought up, do people notice that the movie's most hardcore defenders, who will go to the ends of the earth to justify it's place as the future direction of the franchise, to the point of saying things like "plot holes don't matter", are usually white men? Like, the same group of people that are supposed to HATE the movie because of petty political alignment? And it's exclusively white men, at least in the realm of the extent of vehement defense months later. It's like these people are looking for something to tell them "it's okay that you aren't actually productive or traditional, the people that are those things don't review movies on the Internet so they don't matter!" Note how Solo was "for male feminists" in journalism articles, not "women". The movie was initially successful in theaters, but toy sales and blu-ray sales were terrible and it poisoned all future movies. Not just the current ones until Disney sells the brand off. All future movies. That's why Solo bombed, not because "people don't like him anymore" or "fatigue" or "not a numbered episode". People were just that burned.

Not comics related, but there is overlap between anti-CG people and TLJ's more insane defenders (in the literal sense of doing the same thing and expecting a different result).

Far worse. These are the dumbasses who took "stand up to bullies" to mean stand up to ANYONE saying mean things to people you know or stuff you like. So they refuse to differentiate between an asshole and someone critiquing their stuff.
