The issue with male genital implants is that a lot of it is sponge tissue, which is really delicate from a surgical standpoint and really easy to ruin; you've got like a 95% chance of rendering yourself permanently flaccid. Ball implants that just fill up the "empty space" could be possible, but I'm unaware of any products/procedures that fill that niche. Besides that, you'd need to slowly stretch the skin to make room for bigger and bigger implants, which would be really expensive and dangerous. He doesn't recognize how putting someone through emotional hell by telling them they've grievously hurt you, when the thing they've done is trivial, is emotionally abusive. Especially when that person is currently separated from you because they changed their fucking name to yours and had to get a new Australian passport under that name, as Jack was at that time.
And notice how, while in Jack's walkback post, he talks like he over-reacted about the whole thing, Dylan's posts show he doesn't seem to think Jack overreacted at all. In fact, Dylan claims twice that Jack didn't even say what he did wrong, but for some reason he can't say what that is. Possibly because the giant betrayal is all in his head. Here's a post from the Aphyr guy, a former pup of Dylan's, posted around the same time that Jack made the Psych Abuse posts, which describes how Dylan broke up their relationship, because of slights which existed purely in Dylan's head, and the emotional toll it took on him:
