I loved how people were saying that they would jut charge back the donated amount, Streamlabs and Youtube, dont allow charge backs as that money sent is considered a Donation/Tip

I'm not sure about YouTube, but Streamlabs does have chargebacks. (And that is a Streamlabs notificaton in the screenshots.) I'm not sure on what grounds, but I do know that they're pretty BS and if one happens then it's the streamer who gets hit with the fees (between $15-$20), so chances are that's the angle that "donator" was playing.
