If tut can convince Paypal that DSP scammed him in some way then maybe he could get it through. In the past DSP has claimed success with challenging charge backs. Who knows if this is actually true.
God if that happens, it will be fucking glorious.

HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-Falls out of chair.-

HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really did fall out of my chair, but holy shit that made my night. I wonder who's going to get ridiculed more.

DSP: "Thanks for the money dummy." Everyone to Tut: "Good try dummy!" Swagginz "See, I told you!"

Tut: "Was a part of my plan the whole time, I'm best troll." DSP "Muh Bills tho..." Kat "Hey Jim, when can I move in?"

Now as funny as this is, i'm almost hoping this fails and Tut is out 1200 dollars as a result. It'll serve him right for being :autism: enough to spend over a thousand dollars on a troll attempt.

You're right, but the bigger issue is the edge this gives Phil. I mentioned a few days ago he needed to explain Tut away. If Tut was around, there was a chance he would pull through at Christmas, and I think that would have left other whales second guessing Phil's need for their money and therefore holding out. In addition to this, I think there is still a possibility that Phil will get to keep this money. I guarantee in about a week, he will flip out on someone for asking about it, saying it is a personal matter. He claims, regardless of policies elsewhere, that he always wins chargeback cases, and now suddenly we're in this gray area. Watch how quickly he tries to memory-hole the specifics, just as this Twitlonger memory-holed how much he made in the last 2 months that was not charged back and yet did not get spent anywhere helpful.

Further, Phil had no pity case for Christmas aside from the taxes, which he used last year as well, and which did fail in February. He couldn't bring up recent trolling because the biggest incident was Kat's Subaru origins and Phil doesn't want to explicitly talk about that. This Tut betrayal will be easy to present as a case for pity. Plus some whales, like Swagginz, might see this as a chance to shit on Tut and present themselves as the true loyal cabal.

While this is hilarious, the pig is probably squealing with joy more than panic.

Given what @Surly Muppet just posted, it seems more likely that Tut was the $150 tipper and Phil didn't name him for some reason.
So a little speculation time:

1st theory: I can actually see Dave telling Tut in an email, that he can't acknowledge him anymore on stream and thus saying that the tip was from anonymous.
Dave is the kind of guy who would do that even if Tut doesn't agree to it.

2nd theory: There was no tip. The last couple of streams were pretty "slow" so Dave has to boost his ego a little with an "anonymous" tip.
Afterwards, he remembered Tut having a meltdown in chat and using the "chargeback"-card to cry poor once more and antagonize Tut even further.

Google is telling me Paypal allows chargebacks up to 120 days from the transaction.

The thing is, every somewhat smart streamer would take that into consideration and never touch the donated money until 120 days later.
Not valedictorian/streetsmart Dave though. He has to blow everything on a staycation with his horse.

This one goes directly against Phil's claim that big tips dissuade others from donating, so he wouldn't handicap himself that way. Plenty of other ways, sure, but he's never going to let his chat think he's gotten a bunch of money he actually got, much less imaginary money.

I checked just now and part 1 had 8.9k views. Some of his other rdr2 videos from yesterday ie 1 day ago have less than 1000.

Interesting post to OPENLY indicate he tracks his $$$ per video upload

D$P only sees the profit... The rest is just white noise

And the "horrible news" about charge backs... All about the money. Damn paid shill if there ever was one

D$P may be the only YouTuber I know of that refers to his videos in terms of profit. He also keeps forgetting that his YouTube channel is merely an archive of streams for folks who can't attend the streams. The mixed messages keep compounding:

-YouTube is only an archive as the ads no longer generate any significant income /expecting a windfall from the Hardcore Gaming Season to pay muh bills

-YT profits are down/ RD2 ep 1 is the most profitable vid all month

-Overly generous tippers/no money for muh taxes

-Absolutely no more Fast Food DSP Tries it/ Burger King DSP Tries It

-Fun, chill streams allow for greater interaction/ 'I'm not reading paragraph long cheers.' 'I don't know what that means, so I'm not reading it.' 'I don't know/don't have an opinion/No/Stop asking stuff like that'. '*insert name* cheered. Thanks for the cheer.' ( while not reading the cheer).

-Can't stream games on PC because it would require two PCs/ 'I have two spare PCs in the closet of my office that I used to use in Connecticut.'

-No disposable income, can't pay my bills/ 'I bought a new fan instead of putting my AC unit hose back in the window, a new pair of boots for Khet to go to a pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin we don't plan on carving or showing on stream and Halloween decorations for the house, but enjoy the small plastic skeleton, this single strand of Halloween lights I bought with the over $3,200 of Halloween Sub goal money and a string of Christmas lights that took half a month to get around to putting up on an off day because it was such hard work.'...also I got more double the sub goal money as expected, but this in no way helped pay the taxes or bills. Also, I has something to do on Friday, so no 2nd stream, Saturday is an off day and the internet inexplicable went out on Sunday...but I definitely did not take Khet on a Stay-cation with the over $2k Tut cheered.

-AAA Titles are going to bring folks to the streams/ Folks are not going to attend streams to avoid spoilers

-'I'm not a shill and refuse to be paid to advertise a game on principle'/ 'I can't comment on these flaws in EloHel as it's only a Beta and wouldn't be fair to judge it during this Sponsored stream.'/ I'm playing the Open Beta of Battlefield V and this sux, that sux, the game sux!
