On EVS livestream it was explained that; Chloe Claire (not her real name) is one of Zack's friends who comes from old money. Zack didn't want to give out info about her due to the crazies and avoided the 'is she hot' question from the chat (i was hoping they would ask a 'will you impregnate her' question). Second 10k 'MrBiggons' seems to be the husband of the 'Just a girl' twitter handle and look to have Vegas Money, Just a girl also looked to have donated at least another 1k. I think that's why Mark went with a super expensive lawyer instead of just settling like a sane person would have done. He thought that he could out spend D&C and "win" when Ya Boi Zack ran out of cash.

Considering that YBZ's lawyer isn't charging him a month's rent every hour, and his war chest is getting fatter than Tess Holliday, Waid is looking like the one that's going to tap out due to lack of funds.

If they're going that route, a special motion to dismiss under Texas's anti-SLAPP law would probably be the next move.

Makes sense. Either way, this might be a decent way to force individual sjw speds to stop being harrassing faggots. Even if he doesn't get a settlement, the expense of getting sued in a nonfrivolous lawsuit should convince many of them to not engage in this sort of behavior. Call me optimistic but I still think Yaboi has a good chance of his defamation suit surviving dispositive motions.

No, but if delays things and makes it more expensive. This is how douche canoes abuse the system and give it the well deserved reputation of favoring rich people. You find any legal justification you have to bury the opposition in motions. Each filings costs court fees, a lawyer bills hours to make the filings, and the costs pile up.
