Tut's claiming he got gifted subs refunded. Unless Twitch makes some kind of exception, that literally cannot happen, according to their own TOS (https://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/2903710-gift-subscriptions?sf172524145=1):

Same for bits. The tip money could have been clawed back, but Tut, unless he provides actual proof, is lying his ass off about the subs.

Looking that way isn't it. Maybe they'll take turns but with how awkward she's come off both times she's been on I can't imagine this being any better. It's either going to be her there for a few minutes just to prove to all us detractors that she's still there with him. Or it's going to be one the most awkward things we've seen come from him, and that's saying something.

I just hope it's laughable cringe and not just sad cringe.

So Phil was saying that the credit card companies must have seen it as he received the money and it was his to spend.
