I looked up statute of limitations for animal cruelty quickly and in Aus, the RSPCA states '

Not looking further into it (don't know the laws especially in the states ), it suggests that it's plausable if he raped a pupy last year.

Good to know in any case, but it's OK for a lot of uses. It probably also depends on the state, the arresting agency, the court system involved, and so forth. A few years ago, we were tracking a local lolcalf as they went through the system, and that was one of the resources that was used. It wasn't super up to date (like up to the minute), but it gave us an idea of whether they were still locked up or not, and because our state updates shit pretty quickly online (apparently), new information was available within hours, or at least a couple of days.

As I said, let's just sit back and watch. Sometimes, it is the best thing to do if you want to know what's really happening.

What I gathered from the Furfagvengers stream:

1. They claim to have been in contact with an officer who works at the Coos County jailhouse. The officer said Levi had been released but didn’t give a specific reason.
2. Based on what the head officer for Levi’s case told them while they were handing over evidence, they think it could be a statute of limitations problem but have no confirmation yet.
3. They claim they will have more information from the head officer later this week.
4. The stream then devolves into standard furry degeneracy.

I don’t know if I trust these Furvengers but what they’re saying about Levi being out matches current records. I don’t know what the impetus to lie about a universally reviled child molestor and puppy rapist being out of jail would be.
