Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

Null's comments about Kjel's anti-state sentiments and the paranoid contempt he has for the police left me wondering something. Did all that shit start after he transitioned or is he a born and bred Wacofag who's always been angry about the government?

It came with his embrace of Social Justice and troon culture. It started, by all accounts, right before transition.

It ties into the fact that Troons are all mentally-unstable pathological fuck-ups that could never get through a psych screening let alone do much more than mooch off SSD.

There are some anti-government posts on his FB from during the time he was still with his previous wife.

Their gross income for 2016 was $500k.

I recall seeing the 2016 return posted here earlier this year as I offered some comments about it. Seeing your reminder of the 2016 expense numbers and reviewing TLL's returns for both 2015 and 2016 makes me curious where the $250k in receipts and $187k in travel expenses mentioned in the stream came from since they don't match up to either tax return. :\

Because I wasn't sure if anyone actually archived the PDF versions of TLL's two tax returns to date, I uploaded both to mixtape.moe (links follow at the end of the post).

Since I hadn't yet looked at the 2015 return in any detail, I checked it for this reply and noticed a peculiar item. The return lists an amount of $66,666 for Other Expenses - an entry that requires a summary on Schedule O (a free-form schedule for explaining or itemizing various line items on a 990 return). There is no Schedule O attached to the PDF version of the 2015 return, however, meaning the public has no idea what those other expenses are. I'm not sure if this is a mere oversight or an intentional omission. Because it looks like Greta prepared the return herself, I'd say either is possible.

Finally, it looks like TLL is using the calendar year for accounting purposes (year ending December 31). Consequently, its 2017 Form 990 would have been due May 15 unless TLL filed for a six-month extension. Assuming that happened, the return would need to be sent to the IRS on or before November 15.

Probably wasn’t always angry about the government. I mean he was in the military.

Nigga you high? That's how most people get angry at the government.
Nothing teaches you to hate an inescapable, unfeeling bureaucracy run by incompetents and political appointees with undue say in your daily life than a stint in the peace time US military.

It also seems like Greta joined the army to escape the instability in his late teenage life rather than from any desire to serve. Not uncommon back then, but you wouldn't expect his hedonistic attitudes to change during his stint in the military.

These are the 2016 expense totals for things which could loosely be related to travel.

View attachment 575800

Only $23,000 of their total expenses was allocated to "fundraising".

Do those show exactly where the rest of that 500k wwent?

Only in terms of broad categories required by the form. They're not full financial statements by any means, let alone audited ones.

The 2016 return shows end of year assets as being $250k, up from $22k at the beginning of the year, but doesn't list the nature of those assets.

Page 13 of the PDF / Part X of the 2016 return has a breakdown of the assets in general categories:
  • Cash, $73 672
  • Savings and Temporary Investments, $141 940
  • Loans Receivable*, $4 525
  • Depreciable Equipment (Net Book Value), $31 226
* TLL apparently loaned Greta $4525 for whatever reason (Schedule O lists "General Assistance" - whatever that means). On Page 32 of the PDF / Schedule L - Part II, the loan is listed as approved by the board and not currently in default. Interestingly enough, the return shows there is no written agreement for the loan. This seems like a bad idea for two reasons:
  • A written agreement would make it easier to enforce any terms of the loan and its repayment - something that should be SOP for any business making loans. (Edited to add) If the loan was granted when Greta's ass-patters still made up the TLL board, I wouldn't be as surprised about the lack of a written agreement, bad business practice notwithstanding.
  • Given Greta's grifting nature, I can easily see her thumbing her nose at repaying the loan now that she's been removed from TLL, especially with no written agreement that requires her to make regular repayments.
And before someone else says it, it's my opinion that Greta would still avoid repaying her loan as much as possible even with something in writing. Not knowing how much income Greta & Nina now have at their disposal, I can only wonder if it's a matter of time before TLL writes off the loan as bad debt if the pair is deemed judgement proof.

So I take it since only the 2016 report is being discussed Trans Lifeline still hasn’t filed any documents with the IRS for 2017? That’s where the truly juicy stuff will be and in 2018.

The 2016 return is the most-recent one available at present. From nine posts ago:

Because of the penalties and fines (archive) associated with filing Form 990 tax returns late, I'm assuming that TLL filed an extension for their 990 return for 2017, meaning that it would be due November 15 of this year. I'm not sure how soon it would be - or need to be - publicly available after it's finally submitted to the IRS.

That said, I'm also curious what subsequent returns will look like, especially this year's with the removal of Greta & Nina and the recent thread in which two articles claim calls to TLL have quadrupled ever since the Trump administration discussed using gender at birth to determine one's gender for legal purposes.

We’ve seen a huge increase in the number of cows and celebrities pushing TLL in the wake up the Trump administration’s proposed gender changes.

The thing that I find weird is seeing idiots push TLL following a major scandal where two founding members were kicked out and a ton of evidence that they never answered calls, stole money, and didn’t properly train volunteers. I haven’t seen anyone mention the Trevor Project which is a legitimate suicide prevention hotline for lgtb, doesn’t have scandals associated with it, and actually conducts training for staff.

What scandal?

Seriously, the ousting of Kjel and Parjeet and their reckless and unlawful use of TLL funds was never widely reported. Nor was it really advertised by any media sources.

Try posting any of that shit in Reddit or Twitter and the usual suspects will shut you down fast.

Hardly anyone outside of a very small circle of loony-troons (and us trolls) know anything about it.

So how can you expect those ever careful celebrity's to actually fact check the crap they spew?

Fuck no

TLL dirty laundry will remain in the closet, unlike many if it supporters.

Naming matters: the name "Trevor Project" doesn't say anything to anyone. I hate to say that but Kjel set up his conjob perfectly.
