So election is coming up. The main stream media is "scared" of Ralph's massive audience, so it goes out its way to send journalist to shut his channel down.

What percentage does anyone thing Ralph's audience is both registered to vote and will bother to vote? I'm guessing less than 10%.

Why is it not more likely that any of them any people Ralph has pissed off in the past, some who have already flagged his channel, accused people of child abuse, etc. You don't need to be a big name to pull a stream.

Enough people do it, the process is automatic.

And since Ralph thinks woman journalist has done this, he has his fans screaming like idiots to media person. So even if it does come out that say Shitrat and friends did this, Ralph looks like an idiot.

The only reason I do not think Sargon is in anyway involved is because he would ruin the surprise.

The future will be many small I internets.
The year is 2021, Kiwifarms is the last place where people can roam FREE

The issue that the MSM have with alternative media is not that they're watched by X number of people, it's the fact that they exist. These days the MSM motto is "we talk, you listen". They don't want a youtube radio show where people can call in to talk about the problems they face in their country (for example the stories told by South African people on the Killstream are heartbraking, you don't hear that on CNN or in the WSJ).

Yeah I think people will find a way to have their own internet (satellite?), something like the pirate radios in the 80s.

It's more symbiotic. They want people to be polarized and upset.
Left-wing media can generate clicks with "evil nazis on youtube" and right-wing media with "evil marxists deplatform youtubers".

And on that note kiddos, remember to vote in the Mid Terms! I know our side is a bit of a shower but at least we're not EVIL like the other side!

Ralph was never the only person or site that mentions South Africa. Furthermore, you know who heard Ralph talking about South Africa? His fan base. His reach is tiny and it only expands when there is some controversy that motivates his fan base to sperg out on the internet to gain him exposure.

But I'm sure Ralph would never take a page from Jarbo and manufacture a bullshit controversy with the media to gain him exposure.

No it makes much more sense that an national news agency cares about a tiny, glorified internet radio station.

Next the WSJ is going to take down Ghost!

Will it be... Underwater?

I'm definitely buying the premium food for my hamster from now on. You never know who'll be running things in the future.

All this sperging and spaghet flinging over a shitty podcast. I know it's been mentioned before, but at least now that fat drunk has something new to complain about on his stream

Are you kidding? This is the best drama in weeks.

"Now wait a minute! WSJ Noooo!"

I dunno, I think I'd be down for that as shitty and depressing as that sounds.

All in all, this mostly just annoyed me. Seeing this kind of politicized censorship take place in real time was annoying too, but mainly because I've gotten into the routine of putting the killstream on for background noise every night at the end of my day while I relax, unwind, and play vidya. I had other streams to choose from to catch up, even videogame streams to just listen to in the background, but the Killstream is a bit unique in that it provides me some spergy entertainment I actually pay attention to instead of just white noise in the background.

Hopefully tonight goes better for Ralph and crew.

To be honest the politicised censorship side of it it and the fact it's going to be a massive shitshow for the odious WSJ is what makes the drama good.

The odd thing is that this literally is Gamergate 2.0. Gamergate was a bunch of SJW activist bloggers pretending to be journalists riling up the 'I just wanna play vidya crowd'. And so is this.

It's going to be sumptuous.

The WSJ comes out with article about how all these insane people spamed their reporter out of the blue with threats and shit.

Everyone acts exceptional.

Then it comes out that it was shitrat or someone like that.

Hopefully it'll turn into a huge sperge fest on both sides with /pol/ autistic activism of the He Will Not Divide Us type vs a cabal of horrid mainstream media journos.

This thread is going places.

My take on current events is that Yoree Koh attempted to kill the Killstream to stop Ethan Ralph from bringing up her family's sordid past history, using her perceived clout as a Wall Street Journalist to get someone in YouTube (that she may or may not already be friends with) to shut down Ralph's channel.

This has nothing to do with the upcoming midterms or any perceived influence of Ralph, since #Killstream Live has only approximately 23000 subscribers, making it a low tier YouTube channel.

Where? I want to see this rolling dumpster fire begin first hand.
