I know, that's why i was talking about someone who is actively moderating a forum and allowing ISIS to post videos. Providing material support (including services) with knowledge that they're being used to facilitate terorism is a federal crime and you can't say well, I didn't post it, they were just posting it on my forum and I allowed it and did nothing to remove it. That would be ridiculous.
Certainly is ridiculous.

But the legal response might be less exciting. I mean, look at the Backpage / SESTA / FOSTA situation. They were actively telling people to rephrase their posts because it'd get them in trouble for facilitating prostitution. They didn't get in trouble, as far as I can tell. They just passed a law that made it so they can get in trouble for it in the future.

The hastag got shadowbanned instantly from the Trending section.

Fucking hilarious. :story:
Why wouldn't it? Twitter and the WSJ are both organizations with leftist biases, and Twitter needs the WSJ not to be visibly attacked so it stays on Twitter, allowing Twitter to leech off rake in money from the (unoffended) advertisers of the WSJ.

This is absolutely astounding to me, that there are people in charge at YouTube, the wsj, and/or maybe St Jude's, that somehow actually value their partisan politics more than 27k going to child cancer patients. Is there a word for this? Exceptional, the "r" word, et al don't seem to cover this
The word you're looking for is "insane".

Did YouTube refund the money with ST. Jude's permission or are they okay getting screwed out by some petty bint from the WSJ?
I don't believe it's been confirmed, but the assumption has been that they were shamed into rejecting the donation by that WSJ chick.

I'm confused. I heard that when google removes a superchat that the money donated goes to charity, so if that's the case why would they just "refund" all the money from the Healstream instead of just letting it go to St.Judes.

And that stream was weeks ago too.

Because taking money from evil people is bad apparently. Better to give the money back to them.

Keem just appeared on andy's show to talk about it, and made 2 vids about it.

I didnt see any video on drama alert about it, I doubt he'd risk his rep for such low return, but I'd imagine out of all three he'd be the first to do so.

Honestly I'd sooner imagine keemstar would pull a few strings with his youtube contacts than actually get too public.

I dont follow Keem and was driving while Andy watched the two videos he made about it so I don't have a link, but he did make them, and went on Andys show to talk more about it because Andy asked him to.
