Certainly is ridiculous.I know, that's why i was talking about someone who is actively moderating a forum and allowing ISIS to post videos. Providing material support (including services) with knowledge that they're being used to facilitate terorism is a federal crime and you can't say well, I didn't post it, they were just posting it on my forum and I allowed it and did nothing to remove it. That would be ridiculous.
But the legal response might be less exciting. I mean, look at the Backpage / SESTA / FOSTA situation. They were actively telling people to rephrase their posts because it'd get them in trouble for facilitating prostitution. They didn't get in trouble, as far as I can tell. They just passed a law that made it so they can get in trouble for it in the future.
