It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

Gynecologist pleads guilty to dying patient's vagina purple "as a joke".

A gynecologist pleaded guilty Friday in Mesa County, Colorado after prosecutors charged him for dyeing a patient’s vagina purple as some sort of “joke.” Dr. Barry W. King, 58, will submit to a deferred judgment and sentence for a misdemeanor count of harassment, according to the Grand Junction Sentinel. His conviction will be dismissed in two years, assuming he doesn’t cause any more problems. King must do 100 hours of public service, write the woman an apology letter, and hand over $500 to Western Slope Center for Children, a non-profit organization that provides services to children who’ve been sexually abused.

Meanwhile, he gets to continue practicing medicine.

The woman said in court Friday that she didn’t want to step forward at first.

“I didn’t want to ruin his life,” she said. “I was just going to get another job and leave, like most victims do.” But a friend encouraged her to speak out.

The woman, a breast cancer survivor, used to work for King, and reached out for help after she discovered a lesion on her private parts. She didn’t have a doctor at the time because her regular gynecologist retired.

So she went to King.

“There was a level of comfort because I did believe he was my friend,” she said. The woman said she submitted to an exam, and at the end, King told her to have her husband “take a look at it” when she got home.

Well, while she was using the bathroom later at her home, she discovered that King had dyed her vagina with gentian violet, which is used to address yeast infections and the like. She said she hadn’t heard about this being used for years.

The next day, King was “really giddy,” she said. Eventually, he admitted to her that he did it as “a joke” on her husband. (The woman’s spouse is not a doctor, and King didn’t know him that well, she said.) King also talked to others in the office about his so-called prank, according to her testimony.

The woman said she believed the “joke” was meant to get her husband’s penis purple during sex.

“I was sexually objectified as a prank on my husband in hopes that his penis would be stained purple,” she said. “That’s disgusting.”

The Colorado Medical Board called King’s behavior “unprofessional,” and made him take a course on professional boundaries and ethics, but he gets to keep his license. He’s still a doctor, reportedly living in Fort Folk, Louisiana, and working on a military base. Defense lawyer Kelly Page said her client is mentoring younger doctors at his workplace.

US troops drink Iceland capital’s entire beer supply in one weekend
Thousands of U.S. soldiers depleted all of the beer in Iceland’s capital over the weekend.

More than 6,000 soldiers were in Reykjavik for four days participating in the Trident Juncture 18 – a NATO-led military exercise. After their drills, the troops reportedly visited the city’s downtown bars, where they finished off the entire beer supply.

According to Icelandinc magazine Visir, the brewery Ölgerð Egils Skallagrímssonar had to send emergency beer cases to the bars.

Bar owners reportedly said they have never experienced a situation similar to this before.

The soldiers first came in to the port on Wednesday night and left Sunday, but managed to drink the entire time they were visiting, Visir reported.

Since the soldiers departed, the bars have restocked their beer supply.

"This changes it from a story of suspected misuse of union funds, which some union members have a surprising tolerance of, to a story of hypocrisy," Erik Gordon, a University of Michigan business professor, said. "A union that is in favor of union labor until it costs more is the same as any company that fights against union labor."

The decision to hire nonunion workers was made after the UAW education center solicited bids last year to build the home on the edge of Black Lake, a half-hour drive south of Cheboygan.

Alec Baldwin arrested after parking lot brawl.

Witnesses tell us ... the actor got into an argument with another man over a parking spot near 10th Street and 5th Avenue. Our law enforcement sources tell us Alec had a friend holding the spot for him, but the other man swooped in.

We're told Baldwin became irate, an argument ensued, and Baldwin punched the man in the jaw. The alleged victim, a 49-year-old male, was taken to the hospital.

One witness tells us Alec yelled "F**k off" during the fight. Cops were called and Alec was arrested. Baldwin lives in the area.

Of course, he openly detests and mocks President Trump while playing him on 'SNL' -- so, not surprisingly, the Prez weighed in on the arrest. What is shocking is how reserved he was.

It quickly became apparent that there was no way to mute other players from the character creation screen. I was going to have to mute my sound system to keep this cretin from screaming more obscene horrors into my home.
