I'm guessing this is in reference to me, as i posted the shots from TUG's profile. Jon nobody directed me to do it, i simply cataloged you losing your mind, like how I'm doing now. I didn't even bother going through the effort of archiving or linking to the messages because it's just two spazzes having a tanty. Also FYI I don't watch TUG and can only listen for about a minute as his constant mouth breathing into the microphone drives me nuts. In other words :story:

Funny to see LateNightAutism back at it. I feel like he calmed down for a while. I remember back in the Melissa Morgue days he would always spazz out on Discord. He was a CGer back then, but he kept trying to dig drenches in the community. His first big go was at Engeltine and his brother after that drama started kicking off. He called Engel an SJW every chance he got.

This is why you don't cut slack to speds for bullshit reasons like "they're on our side." If they're fucking idiots they can go get bent. Because if you do cotton to this kind of idiot, they'll go do idiot things like turn traitor anyway, or get your cause discredited with utter stupidity even if they don't.

This shit isn't helping Waid. It's basically just underscoring his malice and antipathy toward the plaintiff. Nobody will have any difficulty believing he deliberately and unlawfully harmed someone he hates so much.

Oh jesus theres alot to go through in these folders. And already i can see whoever did this isnt making any effort to cut out chaff from their exhibit.

Going through folder 2 its mostly a bunch of tweets from Zack that certainly would Look Bad Out Of Context and a few smear articles from The Daily Beast, Bleeding Cool and NVerse.

I expect Zaid to try and defeat the defamation claim using these and i suppose whether or not it works will depend on on the judge or jury.

So essentially, Zaid is pulling the same lame maneuver that Zoe Quinn did at the start of gamergate: post a bunch of out-of-context Tweets and claim "Checkmate, fuckers!"

Which will be as successful as it was for Chelsea.

Only 6 files were created before Mark Waid was served: folder 2 photos labelled 1-5 and Aubrey Sitterson transcript (wasn't that from a Sina Grace video?). Now i know Zack said those things, but they aren't tied to D&C all that's been captured is 'man in wig'. He also has Ya Boi's tweets showing there was a 10min gap between the first store naming and don't harass them tweets. The Antos capture has the hooker comment as a new tweet and doesn't show who or what he is responding too. He has tweets calling a MtF tranny a man in a gig (factual), Perez has rented out his arse (factual) and that there's no rape culture. The fucking incompetence. :story:
