Diseased #Comicsgate - The Culture Wars Hit The Funny Books!

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.

The only way that motion would be glorious is if there were an Olympic event for failing to address the threshold issue of personal jurisdiction nearly entirely in a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. I'm pretty sure Texas doesn't consider "Bleeding Cool" and other blog posts by friends of the defendant to be binding precedent.

These people are in for an exceedingly rude awakening, I think.

I've frankly seen sovereign citizen websites full of loons who think you automatically win your case if there's a fringe on the flag in the courtroom who know more about the law than these idiots.

Comics "pros" may be some of the dumbest and most ignorant people I've ever seen talk about the law and that says something.

He is aware that the X-Men became a segregationist group in the 2000s and kinda stayed that way, right? On top of the serious mixed metaphors because they want to be both "oppressed minorities" and "THE NEXT STEP IN EVOLUTION" even though it's canon that X-genes don't always pass on.

This is the kind of guy I was talking about in a previous post about the X-Men being eternally broken because people get erections at the word "minority" and don't examine if their stories make sense.

The X-gene itself doesn't make sense. Biological mutations generally don't and can't grant one superpowers, certainly not those on the scale the X-Men have. Spiritual mutations, maybe.

The kvetching around the X-men is an appropriate analogue to the real-world fall, rise and fall again of race relations in this country.

Originally, the mutants just wanted to live in peace with us, but a few rabble rousers and those whose ignorance bred fear kept everyone too distrustful, it took decades, literally for people to stop assuming every mutant had it in for normie humans and deserved to be persecuted. But over time, through the inevitable human ability to empathize and desire to community-build, this sentiment began to wane.

Alas, just as people were getting used to mutantkind being just another group that wants to live and work alongside you as a common goal, just as the prejudice was dying down and being reserved for the jerks in the ranks who really did hate "normie" humans, just as everything was reaching some kind of mutually-agreed upon coexistence, if not utopia, the former oppressed ruined it all by stating that "Actually, we were better all along. "Equal" is no longer enough, you failing to submit to our obvious superiority is just more of your anti-mutant sentiment which will have to be beaten out of you....... bigots!"

And we're back to square one

This would be an interesting theme to tackle, if the artists at Woke Marvel and the SocJus fans didn't think the X-men were ultimately right to get some revenge on the normies and take their right side of history place in the world.

Ricks stream going over Z/Waids response.

Rackets went off.

Some highlights: He all but called Zaid a pedophile. He calls out Zaid's dishonesty for multiple things including the reasons for filing for a delay. He used every version of the terms garbage, soyboy, and failure to describe Waid.

In the end, he destroys the entire response whilst throwing lightning and fire down on the entire anti-Comicsgate movement. What a great stream.

Considering how often the X-Men come up as "Comics have ALWAYS been political, even if the hated and feared thing wasn't there for multiple issues, you could argue it's all a...mutation...of that misunderstanding.

The X-gene itself doesn't make sense. Biological mutations generally don't and can't grant one superpowers, certainly not those on the scale the X-Men have. Spiritual mutations, maybe.
That's because they aren't natural. The X-Gene was part of the same experiments the Celestials did on early life that also resulted in Eternals, Deviants, and Mutates ("normal" people who can get powers). Life was partially designed in Marvel.

To be fair, I don't think that Jean Grey panel is too "SJW," just bad writing. She's obviously upset in the panel, so she might have just been saying fuck humanity out of frustration. Maybe it makes more sense in context.

It would be SJW if Jean Grey randomly started acting along the lines of Mystique from X-Men Black: Mystique #1 (Ya Boi reviewed it; check it out) to all (white, of course) humans but everyone stands up and claps while Albert Einstein comes to personally congratulate her.

X-Men of the past weren't better because they were less PC, they were better because they were actual characters with both strengths and flaws. There are probably single pages where Marvel characters go through more emotional development than the likes of Gabby Rivera's entire run of America Chavez. Before, it was characters first, and their qualities informed you about them rather than defined them. Now you pick a random X-Men member, make them ambiguously brown and a woman (or lesbian if they're already female) and make them spout thinly veiled political jabs run through a Joss Whedon script machine. Make sure they constantly bring attention to their identity in favor of plot.

Curious to see how Zaid is going to warp the recent Kentucky Kroger Killer into justification of Waid's tortious interference

So are the X-Men like the Brotherhood of Mutants now because SJWs aren't capable of understanding the difference?
Not exactly. The difference now is the Brotherhood is for mass killings of the inferiors while the X-Men brag about "we will outbreed the normies" despite techincally being normies themselves but with laser eyes....and still haven't reached the population numbers they had before House of M...

Ren the Vote Queen ‏ @renfamous Sep 10
Remember the time that #comicsgate supporter and frequent guest on Ethan Van Sciver’s Comicsgate Live stream @YellowFlashGuy recorded a 10min video comprised mostly of him stabbing lady superheroes in the breasts? The one with “this is for you, Ren” in the video description?

Creepy AF. I disavow him and this behavior.

Why are you trying to cozy up to her now two months later?

The alt-right closet case is just doing the lowest common move when faced with a desire to chimp and attack people; work with the enemy of my current (self inflicted due to autism) enemy. He's working with the ex-cosplayer that should be ignored or at best Cease and Desisted because they both want dick. One from Vox, the other from Yaboi.

I see Renfamous has been dunking again.

So, it's basically a difference between active and passive aggression against non-mutants?

I thought the X-Men were supposed to be heroes, how the hell did they get butchered this badly?
