D$P claims that comments dredging up of things from her past triggered and upset her so much that hours later she had to leave the house. Phil confirmed this yesterday. It's likely the Cheers and stream chat are next to each other on Phil's laptop. Plus, she was prolly anxious to know what people were really saying about her without the mods censoring.

Meh, more like bored. The movement of the chat/ Muxy notifications most likely caught her eye at first. Later, she kept side eyeing the chat because more interesting things were happening there than D$P's 'gameplay'...and I use that word lightly.

But yeah, I had a feeling she was probably upset about being objectified by strangers on the internet (Phil’s fans) which they both knew would happen but did it anyway. Phil also objectified her, and couldn’t help but be an entire sack of shit reading word for word every chat mentioning her name (up to a certain point) but if you notice, any time a troll cheer/tip comes up about Phil, he will acknowledge the amount he got, but will refuse to answer. It literally just shows how much he, “loves her.”

I also mentioned this in another thread along the lines of D$P’s narrative about Tevin... Tevin is responsible for Kat having hurt fee fees because his fans raided Phil and trolled them both. Phil said Tevin is DIRECTLY responsible for their actions... but during the prestream the next day, he’s practically BEGGING his fans to flag Tevin, but sure as shit, he backs away with hands in the air claiming, “you guys do what you want but I have no part of it man! I’m not responsible for whatever you guys decide to do!” I would love to know why Tevin is responsible for his fans, but Phil isn’t. The double standard, seething jealousy, and victim status coupled with hypocrisy is delicious.

Timestamp difference for OverRustle is -7 hours from UTC, because the US was still in daylight saving time. I pointed out the Muxy focus because 1) it shouldn't be getting modded - all those cheers will still be visible no matter what the mods did & 2) DSP has talked about it being enlarged so that at times he can't see all the recent activity, e.g. several cheers spamming in at the same time, perhaps multiple gifted subs. Kat might have struggled to even read the normal chat at that distance from a small laptop screen.
Also don't forget tips, we won't be able to see the contents of most sub $5 tips BUT if DSP fucked up like with reading the demonic possession cheer he might have read out or at least given the gist of a few troll tips.
I think I was watching TIHYDP Eternal Darkness recently and he was confused by a puzzle (probably failing to learn the magic system at all) and he made a statement along the lines of 'I'm gonna open up stream chat so someone can help'. So there may very well be times the chat isn't even visible and he only cares if people "participate". At least that shouldn't be the case with this Halloween marathon.

Probably not. I think she'll take the path of Leanna and drop off the face of the earth and just focus on herself. She barely wants anything to do with Phil and his fans now, and I think even she knows better than to try and explain something to Phil's paypigs. I imagine when she does move on, she'll have another relationship lined up as it is, so she'll just wait to focus on her new provider and not risk getting pulled into DSP drama.

I can say a lot of negative things about Kat, but I'll give her credit for doing everything she can to limit interaction with DSP's online orbit, whether supporters or detractors. I'm sure if Phil had his way, she'd be "trophy" girlfriending every stream and appearing in more instragram posts, but she knows she'll be hounded by both fans and detractors so steers clear. Not to mention she seems to find Phil's streams just as boring as we do.

Interesting tidbit while watching DSP's last year girlfriend announcement.

He said it's hard to do stuff with his new girlfriend since he streams until late and they can't do stuff that late at night.

What kind of stuff were they doing? Kat lived halfway across the country. They couldn't physically do anything together regardless of the time. There is a two hour difference so if DSP got done "working" at 9 in Washington it would be 11 in Michigan. Maybe he meant Kat couldn't sext him while she was in bed with Subaru man?

More likely it was just a lie for pity bucks, but I still thought it was an odd thing to say.

Since the 'tism hat is on, I'm going to spin a potentiality for you.

What if Khet sees the turnout Tevin gets on his passive detracting. And she sees how butthurt Dave gets over it.

She revives her dream of being a stream by going the reverse of Leanna; Khet may be more cunning than Leanna, and realize the detractor community has just as much, if not more, money to be milked.

I can think of a number of tales she could spin to position herself to righteously crusade against him. Imagine the tips she could make doing a Youtube AMA about Dave. Imagine the money the true Dave haters would pay to fund someone going at him full time; someone with inner knowledge.

If she's a truly cunning mastermind, she'd milk that pigroach for 6 months then disappear off the internet again and find a Lexus Dude.

i slightly agree with his view on tevin, i used to watch the guy but i cant stand it anymore. you go to his stream and like 50% of its taken with garbage, he constantly talks over phil. only to bitch about phil bitching at a game except when hes reading tips, and hell do this for hours on end, so hes probably worse than farms when it comes to the autistic

Tevin is in many ways one of the best trolls. He's so low effort in his trolling and coverage of Dave compared to others. He's not doing EvilAJ 6 hour compilations of shitty game play, he's not trawling through his blogs about REAL Talk like Snort, and he's certainly not donating money to a charity to one up him.

He's restreaming Dave's stream whilst putting half hearted commentary, and THIS is the guy Phil has commanded his army to go out and pick a fight with.
