Anyway, you're allowed 30 days to deactivate your account before it gets deleted permanently. Worst case scenario is that one of the Anti-CG zealots snags the handle and impersonates Zack online.

Looks like Cash Grab is dead. People are saying it is the fault of the WarCampaign. I'm not too surprised. I figured that it was cancelled after Nerkish nuked all his shit. What sucks is that, apparently, Nerkish and Tim never even talked to Cecil and he found out on Twitter. I knew Tim was slimy, but I'm surprised at Nerkish.

This is the one I’m really really bummed about. Wtf did the War Campaign do? That may be the closest we get on the CG side to the level of spergery we routinely see from the Anti-side.

Well, if any of the "EVS ghey" stories are true, I think people would be more annoyed that he lied about smoking a pole or two than the actual pole smoking. But whatevs.

If you're on a desktop, the easiest way is to drag the image file icon from Windows Explorer/Finder/whatever into the reply text field your web browser window. Once it's uploaded, it will appear in a list below the text field. The list will have buttons allowing you to insert the image into the body of your post at full size or as a thumbnail.

ETA: On the topic of Cash Grab imploding, I'm quite bummed since I was looking forward to seeing that book, and the way it has come about, with Cecil apparently having been in the dark, makes the whole thing sound fishy. Maybe the back story will surface in the coming days. But I guess if this thing had to fall apart, it's for the best it fell apart before the crowdfunding campaign started rather than after.

I hope so. My read on Nerkish is that he wants to be a comedy writer for real and is using Nerkish Tonight as an audition for Rifftrax (or whatever). Neither he nor Tim were part of EVS's inner circle of spergs, and EVS has been going a little off the reservation what with using Zach's GFM to fund a Legal Warchest for comicsgate. I think the two of them cancelling Cash Grab isn't so much a scam as two guys who want to find their own success distancing themselves from all the stupid drama.

EVS is streaming right now, and just brought up Cash Grab: "There is a divide in ComicsGate." Will update with a tl;dw later.


ETA: Ethan's story so far is that he didn't like edgy discourse in Nerkish's Discord server and brought it up with Nerkish, afraid that it would be used by antis against the CG community. Nerkish took exception to this since he never identified as CG in the first place, and said he was a free speech absolutist. EVS already wasn't a fan of Lim since Lim's Trump comics are too political for EVS's vision of ComicsGate. Cecil, however, is a "mainstream" ComicsGater, and EVS thinks he's being screwed over by Nerkish and Lim effectively taking their ball and going home.
