Last i checked if you have the technical knowhow you can hijack a Discord account, and from what ive seen of him i wouldnt put it above this guy to do that and see whatever it is you see.

By the way should this happen to you, change your Discord password immediately via the website, doing so will generate a new login token and invalidate the old one. If someone does manage to hijack your account, they cant change the email or password of that account. Or so i was told.
Im not up on the technical lingo but a security exploit exists within Discord that can let you copy the login token an account is using and then splice it into a not logged in Discord client to make the client think youre that account holder and grant you access.
