It's the fat cycle of eating until you hit a food coma, swear you'll never do it again because you feel like shit but wake up hungry the next day anyways because you're a food addict plus your stomach has expanded from the abuse so now your tolerance for binge eating has increased.

Not at once maybe but she's likely eating the whole day. Main meals plus snacking small amounts. Didnt Amber say she doesn't really drink water and how she shows off whenever she does like its some kind of accomplishment. Liquid calories builds up really quick. I wonder what else she eats that she considers zero points.

The massive gains in a short period of time (i.e., her 6 lbs/day bullshit) are at least partially fluid retention due to sodium, weighing in at different times of day, etc. I know big AL's a lardass, but for it to happen that quick is absurd even for her. Happens to normal people (on a smaller scale) too - say you have a day where you gorge yourself, you'll definitely gain weight, but it'll look worse than it really is if you weigh yourself the day after. Sodium is a bitch, and your stomach hasn't had time to process all that food, so some of it is still hanging out.

However, Amberlynn is still fat.

Any one else ever watch this gorl? Honestly I like her, she doesn't try a comedy routine or a fake persona really, she just is giving her thoughts & concerns for our gorl AL. Kind of the opposite end of the haydur spectrum, if you will (but not like sadcastic potatoe).
Not much in the way of good lulz but it's kind of interesting to hear her take on AL's dire situation. I expect her to be watching til the follow-up episode of MSHPL (or the funeral).

Was that BeardMeetsFood by any chance? I used to watch his videos and his 100,000 calorie cheat day video ended in him being in serious pain and feeling really ill.

So I guess there's drama between MichaelBePetty and the ALR clone channel, Dr Nowzaradan. The good doctor posted this on his/her community page;

Within an hour, MichaelBePetty was streaming;
Naturally, he denies it, and to be honest, I believe him. Say what you will of Michael but the claim doesn't make sense, and Michael himself watches mirror channels like Dr Nowzaradan for his reaction videos/streams because he doesn't want to give big AL the views.

Yeah, I really don't think Michael did anything. First of all, if this was real, this person would have said that they received a flag/strike notification via MichaelBePetty,. They would not a just refer to it as a "message" sent from YouTube. Secondly, this person provided no screenshots of the said flag/strike with MichaelBePetty listed as the one who did it. Michael showed he has sent out nothing. I don't think you can delete your sent out flags.
