This is the one I’m really really bummed about. Wtf did the War Campaign do? That may be the closest we get on the CG side to the level of spergery we routinely see from the Anti-side.
We've already reached the autism singularity way before that. When we started a thread about grown men and women debating the ethics and politics of a dying art form. Even fucking Gamergate at least had spergs fighting to save the soul of a billion-dollar-industry. Not some dying husk of a formerly-great-industry.
Think about it, we've seen people lose their jobs, people filing lawsuits against one another, stalkers, faildoxing, and various forms of assorted faggotry, all over colored drawings of superpeople in spandex.
The problem with Comics is primarily a business model/value proposition problem, not a cultural one. The market already knows what it wants, and what it wants is not American Comics as they are published now, as you can see from the huge erosion in total comics sales. If anything could have saved comics, it would have been the Capeshit boom, but it didn't. This tells you that even though superhero stories are definitely in, Superhero comics are no longer a core part of the collective zeitgeist.
Anyone who thinks that SJWs or Alt-Righters are a problem that should be dealt with ahead of that is just an autist who needs therapy.
