It really speaks volumes how much different Brett Smith is when compared to Jon del Arroz. So far from a quick look through his TL, he's not sperging nor endlessly butthurt about not being part of the COMICSGATE LIVE clique.

I can't find any recent shit talking (public to be more specific), without the leaks you probably wouldn't even realize (except for his absence from the streams) that he split from the group. JDA went full spastic, called them SJWs, said the movement was taken over by far left SJWs, leaked some DMs to H3-whatever and made a total ass of himself trying to defend VoxDay's politics instead of just saying he doesn't follow his views.

Brett Smith is a colorist, he's the third most important person on any book.

He'll never have his own projects to promote, so access to other people's channels isn't that important to him.

Don't mistake differing circumstances for a lack of autism.

He takes himself way too seriously and got reeeeaaaally fucking mad at the "Gay Glasses Guy" thing. He couldn't roll with the punches or laugh at himself at all.

The only person who can laugh at himself in Comicsgate is Ya Boy Zack, the rest are all autists who somehow get easily trolled by retards like Renfamous or @LateNightComics.

JDA’s separation from the group was also way more explosive, drawn out, and public than Brett’s.

First he was on a War Campaign stream that went bad, then he was on the stream where Ethan let Ro Kabir berate him for about 40 straight minutes (that stream is gone now though, I checked), and then he was still ostracized even when Ro admitted to lying about the tweets they were arguing about because he was still associated with Vox.

It doesn’t excuse JDA’s constant bitching about it, but it does explain how openly bitter he is compared to Brett who just kept doing his thing.

I just signed up to make a comment in one thread and now I'm spending hours on here autistically zooming in on YouTube video screenshots and learning Latin legal jargon and just wasting my life on this unprofitable and meaningless internet drama between people I'll never meet. What am I doing with my life? God damn.

You spend hours getting stuff and people just DM it to me. It takes me 2 seconds. I haven't watched an autism stream since EVS became stage 5 cancer and full blown AIDS to anyone who showed up on his YT channel. Now he's desperately reaching out to senpai Zack for help.
