Am I reading this correctly that Jake wanted a roommate not to divvy up the rent like normal people might, but to instead pay for Jake's rent completely? He "needs" a roommate to serve as his new tendie provider I presume.

Jake's mom is now his "abuser," and he pretends he no longer is living with her. Jake has admitted he hasn't bought any clothes in his adult life and is wearing the same 8 shirts, and tries to blame that on his mom "controlling everything about [his] life."

So poor Rachel got more agitated after her jobless 34-35-year-old (at the time) son started insisting he was really a "girl" and likely was insisting she needed to pay for whatever troonery he wanted. I don't know who he could be talking about as the ones who "sat [him] down" other than relatives, almost certainly his cousins.

I can't tell if he is trying to hide that he is talking about relatives (something he has done even years ago where he described his mom and later pretended she was some woman he was living with in a Talking-Time post) or if these people were actually his mom's friends. Unsurprisingly, not a soul wanted Jake to move in with them.

Jake explains why he can't take up the offer of anyone who was dumb enough to fall for his sob story and suggest they'd let him move in with them, I imagine these are Twitter friends who don't really have an idea who he actually is.

Another excuse, he never leaves the house so his IDs are "totally out of date." Jake is not "trans" and has done nothing to be "trans" except roleplay on social media, and we can assume the "medical issues" means trying to grift free cosmetic procedures, as he has unsuccessfully been trying to do with the state of Connecticut.

More excuses, G-d forbid Jake get put into a sped home with a "scary catch" like having to have a caretaker (this is bad, but not the roommate Jake wants to have pay and do everything for him, there would be no problems with that) and not be allowed any suicide prevention cats.

Jake once again thinks it's the responsibility of random people on the internet to be paying him $1,000+ a month on Patreon, with nothing in return, in order to "cover rent+groceries+internet." So the cousins/mom's friends, whoever they are, who supposedly "urged [Jake] to flee" came back and said Jake must have been full of it since he is still living there. Jake tried to guilt them and make them do things to "help overcome those barriers" that supposedly were keeping the 30+ y.o. Jake from leaving, and they told him he must really not want to leave and those were just excuses.

While there is apparently wooded land behind Jake's house, it is not "way out in the damn woods." The historic Black Point Market is half a mile away from his house, and downtown Niantic and places like Black Point Pizza are less than 2 miles away. Of course Jake's fantasy is to be a hobo living in a cardboard box and wandering into town to beg for food with suicide prevention cats "atrophying" away in cat carriers or killed by fisher cats, and not one involving him getting a job in town or anything not delusional.
