Jim's content is fun but his livestreams haven't been fun for a while. He rarely has anything new for people who are already into the shit he is talking about, and when all he streams about is his own drama with the skeptics... well, I've been here all week reading it already.

Also more than half of the stream is superchats fucking christ, I can see why Carl gets angry at Jim and Ralph seeing all those shekels all the time

Perhaps you're right, continued exposure to sargn has started to annoy me. I still think Jim isn't so far gone as you make it out to be.

Jim's content hasn't really changed over the years. If anything, the one-off videos about single subjects are a newer development than his videos (over the course of days/weeks) focusing on a single individual or group like Spax3 or fucking Juggalos.

What has changed are the size and general tastes of the audience.

If Jim's behavior is going to allow Sargon to continue incriminating himself and limiting future opportunities, fire up the streams and call me an a-log.

In a way yes in that now he's willing to not give a fuck and attack, where as before he just took it like a bitch and said he was running away from this week in stupid and politics.... in a way not really because he keeps playing the denial of proven stuff, dance around symantics stuff and declare your self a winner no matter what.

But he is doing better than he was when he took himself seriously.

It feels like Sargons gone full a-log and his band of backers who are force meming stuff are all jilted butt hurt ex-Jim fans that at one point or another Jim shit on or tore down something they liked, or had some line in the sand moment where Jim scorned them so now they want to get back at him.

The thing is, eventually Jim will get bored of Sargons gay shit. Sargon and Co. have already done as much as they can. Sargons whole "brand" is based on taking himself somewhat seriously and being able to accurately and honestly give accounts of things. Sargon already burned down his political chances, which seem to be a life dream for him. I'm curious if longterm this is gonna burn down his "I'm a serious skeptic rationalist intellectual" image, or if no one will give a shit because people only watch this week in stupid and he's been smart enough to keep his faggotry on the thinkery.

I know, it's really weird! The archive channel that just uploaded it is usually really good about getting a mirror up within a few hours, too, but this time it took forever. No idea why this stream is taking so long to mirror.

The Suits video alone was enough for this IMO, he could have left it at that. Despite being a lolcow himself, Sargon somewhat understands this, because he did it with MovieBob way back when GG was a thing.

Right now, if a few Sargon leaks happen, Jim makes a 5 hour stream, if Sargon subtweets him or replies to him, Jim makes a 5 hour stream and jumps on 2 more livstreams. At this point, you have to wonder who's getting the bigger reaction here, i.e. who's trolling who?

I'd disagree. If DSP had been going out of his way to bait and attack Fred Fuchs, then you might have a point. But (and I'm not super up to date on my DSP lore, so I admit I might be wrong here) but I don't think that's what happened.

But that's exactly what Sargon + Friends are doing to Jim/Andy/Ralph, etc. It's a never ending cycle. Jim will make a stream and mock Sargon, then Sargon will stream snipe him or spend a entire day on twitter with his pals trying to "troll" people and giving everyone more material to make streams with. Then, instead of doing a stream on whatever he wanted to, Jim refocuses it on Sargon to point out whatever horrible shit he's doing or how retarded he's acting. Neither wants to be the one to back down because they both feel they're right, so the cycle continues.

I feel like Jim's less of an A-Log than someone who just wants to make content on spergs, and can't help but cover Sargon with all the material he's giving him. Maybe that's A-Loggish, but it also seems rational to me. Sargon's literally trying to hurt people's careers. I imagine most people would cover that, especially if you've already got a problem with Sargon. If Jim made nothing but Sargon content, had no aspiration to make other content, etc. I'd feel comfortable calling him an A-Log. But instead this feels different...

This doesn't feel like A-Log shit to me. It feels like an autistic gang war. I fucking love it because I find it hilarious, but that's how it feels.
