Worst pain I've ever experienced is sciatic nerve pain. Second worst pain I've experienced was when I broke my front tooth exposing the nerve causing some crazy tooth ache.

Suffered strong tinnitus for about a year.
If I still had it, I definitely would have killed myself by now. Concentration during the day is impossible, sleeping at night usually only takes place when your body has completely run out of energy (5am-ish for me), and little by little you can feel your mind slipping into madness.
Look after your hearing, because tinnitus is some serious shit (and permanent for a lot of people)
I have strong permanent tinnitus courtesy of an imbalance in my auditory nerve. I used to take Endep, now I take Allegron. I still have the noise, but the Allegron dampens it so I only have one or two notes, as opposed to seven or eight different tones loud enough to drown out truck engines.
I almost had a toothache but managed to get to a dentist before feeling it.Either toothache or the time I stepped on a burning coal barefoot, I've broken my foot and my finger severely I have a lot of scars but nothing compares in pain to burns and toothache imho.
