She said in her most recent video that she is, "not going to share her personal life anymore," because her mental state is so fragile mainly because of the slew of "negative," comments in her recent videos got to her. The other times she's done this she would come back a few days later and ramble on about every insignificant thing going on in her life. This is the longest I've seen her abstain from making videos but she post on her Instagram constantly, and it's a place where if you post a negative comment you will be block immediately, so lurkers have a more difficult time getting to her. Also because she blocked like/dislikes on her channels, and removed everything from her community post, she really has made the ultimate hugbox.

At first, she said that she was going to be back with a video up on the main channel last Sunday. Then changed it to "sometime soon". Her community posts are only raking in 9 comments now, compared to the usual 50+. So yes, her viewership is tapering.

Also, didn't she go to college for a Literature/English AS degree? That makes these simple grammatical errors even more unacceptable. That, and spellchecker is an integrated feature of any browser at this point.

Chantal can definitely succeed in the lower tiers of higher education because she has the capacity to read and repeat. Her total lack of critical faculties would doom her beyond there, as would her laziness as the work-load increases. She is the model of a person who is deeply impressed with themselves that they can fulfil basic tasks ("I got a C? But I didn't even try!").

I have no problem with people concocting their own body washes(albeit from questionable ingredients), but it just...doesn't make for interesting viewing content. She's been absent from her main channel for weeks now and making her epic comeback video about making soap is just extremely niche and anti-climatic. No wonder Applevalley man is moving on to greener pastures. Chantal's boring af.
