I see a few possible scenarios.

1. This is just an attempt to kick Jim off the site now that he dodged Vee’s goading into saying mean and bannable things and didn’t bite the bait about him being an optics cuck - as per Vee, apparently, a person who self-censors for any reason whatsoever.
This attempt will backfire when the numerous bits of evidence of Not Sargon being, in fact, Sargon are brought to twitter support by Jim’s vengeful fans of Sargon’s many detractors and Twitter kicks that oh so awful alt-righter off the platform. Or don’t, if as per usual Twitter doesn’t do anything.

2. This is the next step in their 4d chess master plan. Consider that while occasionally Vee on Twitter and Sargon and Vee on stream have confirmed that Not Sargon is, in fact, Sargon, this account has several times referred to Sargon in third person as if it’s some moronic skeptic unable to keep up a character. I don’t remember the account itself saying that it is Sargon, but even if that happened, there is a fair chance Twitter doesn’t do shit.
If Jim isn’t knocked off the site, business carries on as usual since this is just more of Carl being Carl.
If Jim is knocked off the site, Carl gets to gloat.
If Jim isn’t knocked off the site, but Carl is, or both are gone, the skeptics victoriously whine to Twitter that it isn’t Sargon that uses the account, it’s in fact Shitrat or someone else eager to fight Jim on Twitter. How they do this is beyond me since I don’t know how does Twitter check if an account is in use by someone who was banned already on their first account. There they get to gloat as theoretically Carl’s account is restored, and Jim’s gone, or isn’t but Carl’s is, showing everyone that skeptics were just liars and merely pretending to be exceptional.

3. This is Sargon being Sargon and they don’t have a master plan nor are actually expecting this to work, but just are trying to troll Jim as gracefully as a bulldozer plowing through a Palestinian village.

I'd say it's all of the above. Shit's been going downhill for Sargon ever since his debate with Richard Spencer. Murdoch Murdoch made a cartoon about him, his Hello Jim stream blew up in his face, the BBC effectively chased him away from UKIP, his baby died, and recently he got his shit pushed in by a couple of feminists he was hoping to dunk on. It doesn't help that Jim has been there to shit on him for most of those things (Vee's gay ops with the dead baby flat lined) and somehow I get the feeling Sargon secretly blames him for his misfortunes.
