It's not "your government," you're Canadian.

I honestly hope SEW is clean. The guy is just super charismatic and sweet about everything. He's one of the very few anime Youtubers who doesn't seem to have that infuriating I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT AND WELL REASONED MESSAGE FOR YOU, PLEASE LISTEN AND BE IMPRESSED attitude that instantly turns me off them.

While SEW is a massive lefty, he (mostly) keeps it out of his main channel and his videos are at times interesting. Although him moaning about the lack of female characters in Hajime no Ippo was pretty cringe worthy.

He also missed the point of the punishment scene in Made In Abyss, and stated that the series had a problem with showing underage nudity, which it doesn't and what is shown is never sexualized but that's more just a minor nitpick

It never ceases to amaze me that the first instinct of these people is to immediately call for the banning of guns for the quadrillionth fucking time and never question exactly why people are suddenly committing gun violence all out of the blue.

And it's not even the whack-jobs of old either. At least not anymore. They're paranoid, scared, and/or angry people committing these actions out of some twisted self-righteousness. There are threads to be connected here that may suggest something more sinister going on about our society but no, let's not have the conversation and just focus on the guns.

I can't be the only person getting sick of idiots from turbo-cucked countries like Canada and the UK telling US citizens how their country should run. Last I checked, we weren't banning the sell of steak knives or criminalizing gender assumptions.

I'm surprised how this guy managed to be popular in the first place. All because he bashed some shitty anime that everyone is in a bandwagon about?
Yeah he honestly made the right videos at the right time, that's also how Digibro became popular as anime reviewer and could easily abandon his brony past.

The problem with anime youtubers is that they're ANIME youtubers. 95% of anime is complete garbage, 4% is enjoyable with disclaimers about how you usually don't watch anime but this one's decent, 1% is legitimately good. If your goal is to produce a video a week, where do you end up? Talking about garbage. And there's not a lot to say about media that's garbage, which is why all anime youtubers say the exact same thing.

Mother's Basement deserves praise for really wringing every last bit of content out of a popular show, though. It takes somebody with a complete lack of shame to make 20 minute videos about anime OPs. At least Digibro confines his lowest-tier content to a separate channel and has the excuse of being a drunk to fall back on.

One of the reasons I like Super Eyepatch Wolf is he didn't pigeonhole himself into being "the anime guy". He only covers stuff he's genuinely enthusiastic about, and it shows in his work. He's taking a much more deliberate approach to his channel than the reactionary "it's new, gotta make a video, quick quick quick" guys, and over the long term he'll be rewarded greatly for that. All he needs is some dumb rivalry with another youtuber and we'll have the complete package of content and drama.

Only anime reviewer worth a shit is Demolition D and he's too busy being a drunk fuck to upload anything

>berserk didnt start with rape
>forgetting about guts getting fucked by his adoptive dad before killing him and being born from a corpse

Don't think Gambino raped Guts. Didn't he sell guts body to Donovan. But yeah, it's established pretty early to show why guts is the way he is. Very dark life especially when Donovan is doing a reach around. :^)

Why is everyone still so hung up on Berserk lore here?
Oh right, cause it's on Geoff's thread. The human equivalent of some mildly toasted bread.

In actual news, Mumkey Jone's friend Asterios (aka Assburger) got arrested days (a week?) ago, and his girlfriend went on to blame Mumkey and Mumkey's girlfriend for calling the police in the first place. I haven't followed the whole situation extensively myself, though when looking through the comments, I saw Geoff responded and got quite a number of upvotes:

Geoff aint exactly wrong about the situation, but the way he put it with the "victim blaming" part makes it feel like he's virtue signaling.

Asterios is not Assburger. Assburger is a completely different person.
