There's actually some weird medical correlations there. I have a friend who's a med student and he mentioned that it has to do with autism's comorbidity with autoimmune disorders that require them to take a fuckton of antibiotics - these antibiotics often kill off gut flora which leads to bowel problems. I think autism and autoimmune stuff might be linked genes or something? Don't quote me on that but it's something to that effect.
Someone on twitter posted an article about fecal transplants for autistic people and was REEEEEing about how THESE EVIL DOCTORS WANT US FUCKING DEAD HOW COULD THEY and he had to calmly explain that fecal transplants are the only way to restore gut flora after antibiotics wipe them out and they literally admitted they didn't even read the article, they just assumed it was calling for autistic genocide. These fucking people swing so hard away from autism as a medical disorder that they completely ignore the correlations with other physical issues that have serious relevance for autistic people living healthy lives.

I've seen autistics who acknowledge that yeah, sometimes autism sucks, and it would suck even if everyone was autistic, like the gastrointestinal issues. They were promptly dogpiled on by other autists. I do wonder how much of this is because autism is very frequently comorbid with anxiety disorders, which can cause bowel problems, or because of the autism itself.

I just checked up on him today. I just can't feel sorry for him because all the reason his life sucks are all basically his fault and his inability to not give a fuck to meaningless things. If he just changed attitude he would live a good life, that's what so funny about this guy.
I actually think he might have some sort of pyshosis - seems like family and friends and this "person of contact" he mentions at time think so too so I think it's possible. He's obvious already paranoid though but another sign is everyone saying he is pyschotic and him thinking its all a conspiracy because people hate autists.

Autism combined with a gender not backed by any science except for social science. If I recall correctly, autistics are more likely to be non-binary.

It's because people with autism and people who identify as nonbinary both tend to fixate on very rigid rule sets and categories. Not 100% aligning with the roles and stereotypes of your gender obviously means you must be some kind of "other" rather than just being completely unremarkable.
