Truth is I've stood by Jim and defended him since 2015. I always respected his integrity, and never falling into the traps other youtubers did like becoming shills and whatnot. But this year is making me thing I can't really defend the guy anymore. Before when people called Jim an autist and a sperg I would vehemently disagree with them. When they said that he was also just looking for efame and internet money I would tell those people to fuck off. But I dunno... The more Jim nosedives and his downward spiral becomes worse I find myself thinking maybe those people were right. Maybe it's time to jump ship and find better people to watch. Especially since any respect I even had for him has been slipping.

Meh every time I've gotten bad ratings in this thread it's cause I made joking or sarcastic comments people took seriously. People actually thought I wanted Jim and Sargon to fight in the ring for instance, but I only said it out of sarcasm cause they're both being autistic babies having a slap fight because they can't work out their own issues with each other. If they could they wouldn't be dragging this shit out. So don't worry about it. None of us are on the sargon defense force. It's just that some of us care more about this shit than others.

My only real gripe with Jim is that he doesn't post consistent content or that I have to sit through dead air and edgy comments in order to get the content I'm interested in. Also that he seems obsessed with Sargon and his political movement. Let it go dude.

Yeah, Jim should definitely take a step back at this point and go back to focusing on other random morons on the internet. The most entertaining part of the last couple streams he did were when he was talking about Hampture and the gay sex cult injecting silicone into their balls, not when he was talking about Sargon again. You can tell that Sargon and his goons are really starting to get to him, and really annoy him which is causing Jim to sperg out a bit himself. He's honestly already triggered them enough that they'll just keep embarrassing themselves for months to come, even if he doesn't focus on them.

You do realize that 3rd party trolls exist right? Like people who like to troll both sides and pit them against each other.

This is what makes me laugh at Jim/Sargon the most, anytime anything happens to anyone of them, they immediately latch onto the flimsiest bit of evidence that the other one is behind it. When you see things from that angle, they really look like two sides of the same coin IMO.

And on that particular note, this may be a thing of the distant past now, but go skim the 1st 50 pages of Sargon's thread, it's almost identical to the phase that this one is going through, we got people whiteknighting him with constant refrains: "Not a lolcow", "He just likes to trigger xyz people, that's all"...etc.

I think this thread will eventually go in the same direction.

This argument is invalid imo, Ralph's thread was explicitly started as a cow thread, and yet people are sucking his micropenis because he's on good terms with Jim. The initial nature of that thread wasn't an issue, so why is it an issue here?

I think his material suffered a lot when he started getting his own skin in the game, like go watch his NeoGAF implosion stream, that has dead air, edgy comments, dumb superchat audience..etc, all of the shit that annoys me with his content, but because the topic is non-personal, he can just let loose and not have to be like, tactical with it, he can just be a funny guy live on the internet.

Plus, the topics were actually interesting and funny, now it's all about his own personal drama with other has-been Gamergate autists, which is just far, far less interesting, it may energize his hardcore fans, but he's definitely getting far worse as a YouTuber.

Doesn't it seem like Metokur is going through the same thing Spoony went through a few years ago?
Ever since his Patreon took off, he slowed the fuck down with uploading videos, just like Spoony.
His new videos aren't on par with his old ones (like the Internet Insanity ones), just like Spoony's.
He blamed his lack of uploads on his poor health, just like Spoony.
He can't upload more than 1 video a month but he spends several hours every day on Twitter and he can't stop engaging in pointless drama, just like Spoony.
He's still popular but he's already losing his Patrons.
