I like to watch videos about music theory on youtube, it's really fascinating. But this channel is basically "I studied music and have a degree, you only listen to shit, suck my dick":

I didn't understand this video at all. He says the piano piece is so good because it finishes with the root note of the song's key, ok. But literally every music in the world does that, unless it ends with a fade out loop. The guy can't explain the concepts.

He's a poor man's Adam Neely.

I used to think CinemaSins was bearable as background noise at the very least, but something about his Ratatouille video really annoyed me. He kept going on about the plague when even as a kid I knew that "wild rats carry diseases and don't belong in the kitchen" is the whole premise. Not to mention the rats themselves don't spread the plague, you need fleas on the rats to do that. I am aware he says all kinds of uninformed shit like that in his videos, but that was really the last straw for me.

I just remembered how much I hate the Fine Brothers more than any other YouTubers. Only thing worse than their content and their manipulation of people is the asshole stunt they pulled a while back where they tried to shut down any other YouTuber that did reaction videos as if they created the concept or had some sort of copyright over it. Fucking scumbags.

Honestly before Jello's vote video, Jello was honestly a youtuber on the decline as his reviews were basically him describing a lot of movies quickly, and while these were innovative for a new review format, they're really lazy as afterwards many people did it with ease.


Aside from that, Jello's "This is Basically" series is basically thinly veiled reviews of various series masking itself through cutesy drawings. Like his "This is Basically" Fire Emblem video pretty much just judges everything based on Awakening, memes, and 10 minutes of research about the games that are not Awakening. His Jojo video was just 10 minutes of research and only did it because it was popular since most of the video was talking about Jojo through popular memes anyone can find instantly along with getting some tropes wrong, and half of that video was just a VRV sponsorship while entertaining, felt like reviewers putting sketches in their reviews.

Doesn't help Jello seems to be arrogant considering his argument with a fire emblem fan where he acts like an expert and then just handwaves it off as "JUST A JOKE MAN!" despite people actually watching these videos as reviews of these series which doesn't help when Jello points out dumb plotholes and mechanics within these works that make it clear these are just stealth reviews.

Hbomberguy, Bob Vids, and Innuendo Studios seem to be somewhat connected, and I bet are having gay orgies while not making their pretentious videos about either:
-"Why the Alt-Right should be killed."
-"Why (insert piece of popular media) is bad."
-"Why the shade of brown of the butt-hole of a certain character represents their inner mental conflicts."

Also most, if not all, storytime animators like Jaiden Animations, TheOdd1sOut, Alex Clark (I'll get to him in a second), and every other Odd1sOut clone channel out there that are abusing Youtube's Algorithm™.

I especially hate guys like Alex Clark who use their young, manipulable, audience to promote some kind of bullshit political nonsense (e.g., Guns Explained With Cats, "vote.", etc.).

Also I really dislike Lewis (Unbox Therapy) and Matthew Patrick (Game Theory) have this pretentious, douche accents that they use for all of their videos now. And I used to watch both of these guys as well in the past, and they didn't have these sorts of accents/voice inflections at all. Lewis sounds now like the douchebag New York mafia boss (I know he's from Toronto, but that's what it sounds like to me); and Matt has that trademark Happy YouTuber voice seen with Behind the Meme.

Besides the more obvious Hype-Squad YouTubers like the Paul Brothers, Rice Gum, and the millions of others out there like them, no one else I really dislike.

I know I discussed Jello before but this video honestly highlights how untalented Jello is because all the comedic parts are things that the Ace Attorney fandom makes fun of everyday. Also, all the good stuff in the video (that being animation and voice acting) is not even done by him but from people he hires and all he does is the damn writing.

Seriously if you have good animators and voice actors, you can easily make one of Jello's videos because all he does is:

>Use basic in fandom memes
>Use basic mainstream complaints

Just make an extra wacky animated segment and you'd get millions of views easily.

Cause you know what's more pathetic than Chris Chan / Twilight / a typical triple-A title / whatever Hollywoods shitting out nowadays? The people that dedicate their time to rant about how these simply cringy / dumb subjects are ruining civilization through their mere existence, of course!
And I was going to make a paragraph on why I find Yahtzee to be untalented and unfunny, but then I realize he falls under the same ranting community shit, just with slightly higher production values and actual (albeit brain-damaged, ass kissing) fans.

I agree honestly. I miss the older days of YouTube where every part of the channel was made by the single person who created the channel. But due to YouTube's greedy nature, they pushed everyone to become more like TV and wanted everyone to push out content like a conveyor belt. And the only way to do that is to hire an entire staff of people.

Can we talk about when youtubers leave their comfort zones?

Diane Jennings is your typical youtube thot. She lives off a patreon funded primarily by thirsty boomers (see the beginning of the video for some clips of her patrons) and gets sent tons of shit in the mail to 'review' on her channel. Now, her normal videos aren't too bad because she's an Irish gal and talks about Lucky Charms and shamrock shakes and shit. But this year she decided to head to Texas and experience American black friday at Best Buy. Not to spoil the video, but things don't turn out as expected and she ends up very awkwardly interacting with the people in line, including a horrifying sequence where she high-fives the crowd as they slowly shuffle into the store.

Nothing's inherently wrong with game analysis (actually got a few analysist buddies) or even theory videos, the issue is when they're they're clickbait garbage based on a stupid, gimmicky premise that has the structural integrity of a launch date Xbox 360(i.e. garbage by Hbomberguy and MatPat)

I'll list a few more Youtubers I dislike cause I'm bored:

• TheStoryTeller: He is the spitting image of a cynical fanboy as his content (not his unfunny meme videos) is just him complaining about how Ace Attorney sucks because it didn't continue down the path after Apollo Justice, and how the series got dumbed down while Apollo Justice is 2smart4u!!!! He then makes video essays complaining about how Danganronpa is a horrible game series with a very contrarian vibe to his videos which sounds like he went into those games with the intent to hate them based on how he brings up points that question if he paid attention or acts too "smart" for predicting things. Now differing opinions is fine and all, but he has to constantly remind people in his videos he doesn't like certain things in videos unrelated to those subjects.
  
  
• DakariKingMykan: I'm honestly shocked this guy didn't get a thread yet considering his youtube videos are very bad and he spergs out on things on Youtube and Fanfiction.net. But anyways, Mykan's channel is just glorified AMVs called "Beast Boy's Magic Voices" which is just MSPaint animation over recolors he did of Beast Boy lipsyncing to various songs. Why Beast Boy in particular? Mykan basically sperged out over the ending of the original Teen Titans animated series because his ship didn't work out and it "ruined his faith in human love and friendship" according to him so he spent the rest of the life since then making these videos usually having Beast Boy singing sad songs (recently he had Beast Boy and Terra marry apparently), and it's awful. • I Hate Everything: He went down a fell from grace as he used to be a very decent rant channel but devolved into a generic movie review channel where he just reviews low hanging fruit that everyone else has ripped apart already, and when he does make new rants it's on topics that everyone has talked about already like TikTok. It doesn't help his TLJ video is just him fanboying a movie, telling people to basically stop hating movie, and saying "It's funny how people hate a franchise that promotes optimism and positivity" yet that shit can be applied to like more than half of the shit he talks about in his movie reviews. The only good videos from him are his Destiny videos because he puts clear passion and effort into those videos more than his dozens of other videos.
