He also wanted the marketing company to false-DMCA the video by Gokunaru. When that was disputed as it was Fair Use, Ethan lashed out over it. This is the same man who got sued on copyright grounds for making fun of someone and creating the Fair Use Protection Account (FUPA) to protect creators from false copyright claims.

Don't like to be the boring voice of reason in this spicy event, but since all of this is from an anonymous source, it should only be taken as rumors. For all we know, without a name and a specific company to pin point, it could well be malicious fiction. And I don't wanna be duped by jumping too early into a bandwagon.

Also some weird stuff. The author is a "reputation manager" that does "not advertised in the front page" stuff and when he found out he would have to work with H3H3 for some reason doing his job "rubbed him the wrong way". He's a "reputation manager" for pete's sake, he should know how brand management works and is, especially if he does that kind of job. And he seemed to have no problem working with them for a year being their online whiteknight.
